So did Daxter REALLY cause NB vs Law?

I don't think so, but I also wouldn't worry about it. ^^

I threw together this time-line real quick, but it's probably inaccurate because so much was going on, and you really had to be there to understand how these things really all fell into place. Times story-wise and reality-wise were waaaaay different, so it was kind of tough. This is how I remember it all, anyways:

[spoiler]So, if we take all of the participants of Legacy & War and lay it out in a rough time-line, we get this.

It all “began” with a little thread known as The Golden Star, but not really. The fact of the matter is that Sinestro, Orion, and Dean all become buds there.

Then, Dean splits off from the group and join’s Peregrine Mendicant’s (now A.J. Crowley) thread, It’s Mailtime. Their mission becomes to deliver a letter to one Demetri Malius, who has been participating in the thread The Path to New Babylon, in which a conflict ensues (between you-know-who-was-involved) that greatly hinders the delivery of said letter and blocks the way into Nippur.

Dean messages (complains at) Thaal Sinestro by way of the Dataverse, making, like, half of LAW aware of this conflict.

Sinestro decides to investigate, bringing Orion with him.

Tom and Nealaphh had met in the Nexus, ventured into the Endless Dunes after the wayward Demetri, and then also joined up with the It’s Mailtime thread for a time before taking notice of what LAW is doing to Nippur.

I think Daxter and Iris actually left the Dunes at roughly this time.

During the beginning of Legacy & War, Proto Mouse and Gildarts are added to the LAW side of the battle and Nippur is openly threatened with Sinestro’s bat signal yellow star sign in the sky. Erik, Victor, Shay, and Sasuke notice, but Snoopsuke Doggchiha departs.


Dean takes off from the Mailtime thread to join the battle, shortly followed by everyone (Tom, Nealaphh) but the Peregrine Mendicant.

Ganondorf arrives in the vicinity of Nippur, I guess, and takes on Tom. Gilgamesh also notices the dude yelling in the sky at some point, and Demetri joins the side of his captors for the fight. Agnès shows up, too.

Stewie leaves the Nexus at this time, joining the Legacy & War thread not nearly one day later, meeting briefly with Dean, and then preparing for a tussle.

So, if you get right down to it……….. it might have all just started with an e-mail.[/spoiler]
