Using the Protomateria within his body, Vincent is capable of selectively releasing energy from the entity known as Chaos that is confined within him. Using this energy, he can augment his strength, speed, and defense while maintaining a human form. This ability presents as a simple red aura that surrounds the Prime.



Overflow – Tier 1 Super Move – 800 OM (requires Ranged Proficiency, Area Attack Proficiency)

By channeling massive amounts of energy into a single attack, Vincent can unleash a devastating barrage of crimson energy bolts from his trusty handgun or simply an outstretched hand (no difference in use, just for style). This move requires a charge time of around 5 seconds, during which the user cannot be in motion lest they lose control of the energy required for this technique. Overflow can be maintained for a maximum of 10 seconds, with the blasts covering an area with a diameter of around 2 meters.
[In practice it looks similar to this, though red.]

The Way of Lightning (Area Attack Proficiency, Remote control Proficiency, Ranged Proficiency, Debuff Proficiency) => 1200 OM

Lightning is a powerful and devious ally to call upon. Much different than your typical force lightning this ability gives the user unprecedented control over Force Lightning. The basic function of the ability allows the practitioner to summon a single bolt of lightning from each finger tip. All of the fingers on the persons hand can be used or just one. The open palm form has a short to medium range and is moderately strong. It is instantly unleashed and primarily used to overwhelm an opponent or handle more than one person. However, when the user closes their chosen hand into a fist the ability takes on a more sinister form. Lightning begins from at the elbow and freely arcs around the users forearm before gathering at the fist. Slow to charge and rather deadly, the closed fist form allows the user to fire a single and very large bolt of lightning at medium to long range with deadly precision. The force of the blast pushes back hard on the users arm. The closed fist form is taxing on the body and if used repeatedly can result in physical burns on the conduit arm.

Consume Essence (Physical Proficiency, Debuff Proficiency, Area Shield Proficiency) => 300 OM

The very ability that made Darth Zulenka the vicious war criminal everyone feared. The Sith Mistress could feed on the very fear and power that made every opponent who they were. However having being ripped from that time line Consume Essence has been considerably weakened. No longer slowly killing the target and melting their mental capacities until nothing remained but a babbling fool, the ability is still rather useful. The users eyes glow red like that of a dying star. Grasping the target by the throat the user drains the fear, hatred, and other emotions from the the victim and uses it to generate a dense field of force energy capable of shielding the user from attacks for a short time. The victim is left drained temporarily while the shield holds. While the ability is not lethal normally it can be used to finish off mortally wounded foes.

Okor's hands ooze a toxic slime, containing a particularly virulent strain of flesh-eating bacterium, which draws forth his various parasites with the promise of a meal. This ability takes two seconds of stationary concentration to activate, afterwards, Okor's hands become dangerous weapons. Contact with the substance seeping from his hands almost instantly causes deterioration. With only brief contact (such as a slap, or a punch), the area is irritated and sore. If Okor manages to maintain the contact for several seconds (such as by holding the enemy down), the skin begins to rot and soften. Should the unfortunate target be unable to free themselves from his grip for seven seconds, the damage becomes more severe, as a variety of infections and parasites begin to make their way to the foe, causing significant discomfort, and starting to worm their way into the foe's flesh. The foe's chances of escape are greatly increased if their ATK or DEF score is higher than Okor's. The parasites may be removed out of combat, with either the channeling of Omnillium, or skilled medical aid.
I basically just added the 'stationary' concentration bit, otherwise the 'concentration' is so vague that it's almost no downside. This version is fine, if you're okay with this then you can simply edit the description over your existing one. Sorry for the hassle! You may also change this and make another suggestion if you're not happy with it.

I'm upgrading Static Electricity from a 300-point Basic Move to a 600-point Variable Move and renaming it to "Lightning Body". Previous description:

Anyone that makes physical contact with Enel's body is vulnerable to getting an electric shock. It is not particularly powerful, serving mainly as a shock for those not expecting it, which can leave them open, or a painful deterrent to anyone trying to hold Enel. It is more powerful when Enel is well-rested, and dwindles to nothing as his energy levels decrease. It is automatic, but Enel can choose to withold it if he wishes to, for example, conserve energy, focus his energy on attacking, or carry an ally.

Lightning Body - 600
Enel's body is literally made of lightning. While the effects in the Omniverse are not as powerful as they once were, anyone who makes physical contact with his body will get an electric shock. This can range from a small, painful deterrent to anyone grabbing Enel, or he can actively channel electricity through the point of contact in order to cause immense pain, and internal damage. He can only maintain this electrical current for so long (at maximum current, around 15 seconds, which would leave him completely breathless), as it fatigues him to maintain. Enel has full control over his electrical current, allowing him to withhold it if need be (for example, if he needs to conserve energy, focus his current elsewhere, or carry an ally).


Also upgrading Vari and changing the name to Discharge.

Discharge (Ranged, Area Attack) (1200)
In addition to channelling electricity through direct contact, Enel can almost instantly discharge electricity from any or part on his body, up to a maximum range of about ten feet. As with channelling electricity directly through a point of contact, Enel can control the voltage, allowing him to use this as a prolonged method of torture against incapacitated opponents or as a way to quickly incapacitate opponents in combat. At maximum voltage, he can only maintain a discharge for about fifteen seconds, which leaves him completely breathless.

When angry or unfocused, he will let electricity course from his body in every direction, often wrecking the ground he stands on. While visually intimidating, this diffuses the power of the attack and so is inefficient unless facing multiple opponents in close combat (or one extremely fast, hard-to-catch opponent). Most often, he uses the 'Vari', which is simply the term for him pointing his open palm at an opponent and unleashing crackling lines of electricity in their general direction. Occasionally he will send it through a single finger, so that he can focus the electricity to a single point, or savour his victim's screams of agony all the longer. These are common ways in which Enel uses the ability, but he can also gradate between these different forms, allowing for a wider or narrower than usual Vari, or even using a foot in place of his hand.


As this move has a high degree of variability, with three different 'main' forms (as with variable moves rules, he can 'gradate' between these) and variable power, I have priced this move at 1200.

Just a note that I am expanding the description of Bolt, having looked over the checklist in the OP and here and deciding that it could do with some more fleshing out, in keeping with what we now expect from everyone for move descriptions :omni: The functionality is exactly the same, I'm just expanding the description.

Dark Jak- Tier 1 Power-up

This powerup allows Jak to change to his alternative form, a dark beast with a hunger for blood etc, he also uses his claws to scratch his enemies but also he uses dark eco while in this form. His strength grows while in this form while used for offensive.
