The world spun as Crash dealt the final hit to Dr. Neo Cortex, send him flying across the room to the time controls, smashing them to bits. The whole room shook and it became obvious that it was no longer safe to stay as the time vortex became unstable. Crash and Coco made a break for the exit, Aku Aku right behind them as Neo and Uka Uka struggled to recover. Time ticked away they ran through the halls, seeing the exit just in reach. With a leap they each jumped out, an explosion coming from behind them. Everything glowed bright white as they burst through the doors, and although no harm came to him, Crash felt like something was off.
Crash face planted into the white floor as he slammed down onto it, his beady black nose smashed into his face. It took only a second for him to stand back up, letting his face come back into proportion and looking at his surroundings. Some weird floating guy was in front of him. What did he want? Was he another one of Cortex's creations?
Crash kept his eye on the being as he raised an eyebrow in suspicion, and jumped back a step once the being talked.
The being held out a small orb, glimmering with every color imaginable.
Crash stared at the orb, wondering what the guy meant. Anything he desired? He could go for some wumpa fruit, but what if this was a trap? Crash looked up but the white dude was nowhere to be found. All that he could see was a fountain. He seemed to be alone. He held the omnilium in his hand. If only Aku Aku was here to guide him.
"Crash, is that you? Where are we?" Crash turned to see that somehow Aku Aku appeared behind him. His faithful guide was here! He quickly explained to Aku Aku what happened and what the white floating guy said.
"Ahh.. so it seems. I can feel the difference in this world, and I don't think I can help you much as of now, besides helping you follow the right path. Once you have gained enough power, I might be able to help you like I did back home. Crash nodded at his friend's advice and looked around.
"It looks like there are portals in each direction. I don't know which one would be best, so why don't you choose one crash?
Crash looked around, scratching his head as he began trying to make a decision. It was so hard to choose. Which one would be the most awesome? With cool weapons and best places to chill out? Eventually, his mind began to wear, as well as his hunger, and he sat down wishing he had some Wumpa fruit again.
"Well if we are going to stay here a while longer, why don't you try summoning, Crash? If you're hungry, try summoning some wumpa fruit?"
Crash raised an eyebrow. Summon wumpa fruit? Aku Aku must be crazy, but then again, he was pretty hungry. Hungry enough to try. Crash pictured a wumpa fruit in his hands, with its crunchy sweet goodness. His favorite food, if only it were here. He could feel its tough outer texture and rose his hands to take an imaginary bit. To his surprise, he bit into an actual wumpa fruit. How was this even possible? If he could summon wumpa fruit whenever he wanted... then... MAYBE IT COULD RAIN WUMPA FRUIT!
Crash's imagination ran wild as he ran in circles, calling upon the power of the wumpa fruit to fall down on him,. Within a few minutes, the delicious fruit began raining in small amounts fro the sky above. It was a miracle.
"Amazing Crash, now stop and lets get moving to one of the portals."
Crash ignored Aku Aku as he continued to run and spin, chomping down on whatever wumpa fruit were unlucky enough to fall on his head.
"Crash, we must go now."
Still being ignored.
"CRASH WE NEED TO START HEADING TO A PORTAL NOW!
Crash finally heard his friend and stopped, the last few fruit bonking on his head and rolling way on the floor. Yeah, he was right, they probably should start moving, but Crash still didn't know where to go.

Quote:“My name is Omni. This is not the world you know. This is the Omniverse. You interest me, so I have made you part of it. The Omniverse is a place that reflects the wishes of those who are part of it. But! There are rules. I will explain them only once, so listen carefully.”
The being held out a small orb, glimmering with every color imaginable.
Quote:“This is Omnilium. It’s what ties the Omniverse together. Without it, you are nothing. With it, anything you desire can be yours. But you will need more than this. If you desire it enough, you will find it. You will find that using it comes naturally. Just think of what you desire most.
“You will not be alone in the Omniverse. There are others. Of course, they, too desire Omnilium. Do not fear death. For as long as you interest me, you will be reborn.
“That’s all you need to know right now. You’ll figure out the rest soon enough. I’ll be watching … and waiting.”
