Character history: She was her father's protégé. Young, intelligent, and so full of life; she was his everything. Victoria was what every business orientated father could ask for. Even at such a young age, a pre-teen by any other name, she was eager to be a part of his company and spend all her time with him.

Everything changed when, on a dark, cold night, she witnessed her father at gun point. Victoria begged for his life, and in doing so, her life was abruptly turned upside down. She was taken in by Zone Five as a victim, and turned into one of their most deadly weapons...

After years fighting for Zone Five, and remaining under the strict control of her handler Jeremy, Victoria finds herself very far from home. It's nothing new to her, but after what might very well have been the most peaceful moment in her life, everything gets turned upside down again.

Physical Description: Victoria's hair is long, past the middle of her back, and cherry blossom pink. She wears leather attire that is form fitting, in the style of a vest and shorts, trimmed in gold. Her weapon of choice are her fists, and hands, making her a brawler, but she's not afraid to use guns.

She has bright blue eyes, and a variety of facial expressions, mostly stern. Her height is at an average 5'7" and she is trim and toned.

Gunslinger – Victoria curls her fingers in, her thumb up and her index finger out. Doing this gives her a gun, and after many hours of training, she has managed to infuse her electricity with her own internal energy, or ki. She weaves the two forces together in her hand and is able to fire electrical bullets from her “gun”. This gives the bullets more of a punch, and is much quicker than pulling her gun out in certain situations. She can use more than one hand, but it doesn’t make any difference to the attack. Requires Ranged Prof. Fires at a rapid rate, around a second for each bullet.

How frequently do you have to reload your "gun"? What's the rate of fire?

I have no clue. It would be like a standard pistol, only she uses her own energy to power it. If she is weakened then she can't use it. I don't know a lot about guns so I am open to suggestions!

How about you have 12 shots before you need to "reload." With your speed, I say you could fire off all of them in under a second and reloading takes another second. What do you think?

You don't necessarily have to give it a reload. It's just going to be weaker the more bullets you can fire per second. And given that there is no big fatigue cost it's going to be relatively weak. Rate of fire is all we need.

Yeah like ... is it rapid fire, about a bullet a second, semi-auto ...
