Eclipse Phase Doodles

Hey guys! I've been filtering through a lot of my drawings recently (new and old), and realized just how many of them include the Eclipse Phase characters (mainly Athena, but the others too). Thought I would post my numerous artistic interpretations of Athena here, so you can get a better idea of what she looks like. I'm unearthing them gradually (and will probably make more along the way), so I shall keep adding as time goes on. ||3 As bonuses, I may upload the ones I've done of the other Souls as well.

Here's the first (and largest) batch. I'm afraid this has already devolved into a major art dump for all things God-Soul-related... I'll start with the ones I'm actually somewhat proud of. ||D

Oh, and a disclaimer: every image of the other characters officially counts as "fanart," meaning the creators of the characters may have had different ideas about the characters' appearances. These are my personal interpretations only.

Okay, time for a little bit of RL stuff I've done.

(I had the figure before I even started doing the drawing, but the latter is still closer to her "canon" appearance. The legs are the main difference.)

Any resemblance to Elsa was almost entirely coincidental. (She did, however, live in a castle on an iceberg.) Any resemblance to Athena, on the other hand, is entirely intentional. This is still sort of a "concept art" thing; I may very well change her design somewhat in the future.

Oh, I forgot to mention this before: if you have any suggestions for making my drawings look better (nicer to look at or more realistic, or both), especially related to proportions (I already know I tend to make hands too small), please do offer some tips/constructive criticism! ||) Aside from saying I should shade them or use a different medium, that is (maybe later on both accounts =-=). The most recent ones are most representative of my skill level at this point (Delta, Zamir, my avatar, and N's action pose).

...Well, that is, you know my schedule, but usually drawing is something I do to relax my brain, so I might be able to fit that in more easily than writing. Depends on whether you're talking digital art or hand-drawn, though. The former requires me to park myself in front of my home PC with my tablet for a few hours or so (my most recent sig took two days of normal-paced work over Christmas break) once I get the original line art finished, and probably wouldn't get done for a very long time, sorry to say. The latter is much quicker, since I can do it at school or wherever I happen to be at a given time, but still might take a little while. Either way, all I'd need would be a reference picture and a description of pose, style, etc. ||3

A reference picture can be found as Ballad's main avatar picture (the one above all the posts and location and stuff.)

For a pose, it can be a combat pose, where he is holding his revolver (reference photo can be found on his roster page) and pointing it at somebody either offscreen or onscreen or something like that. An alternative combat pose to that could be him holding his pickaxe in a threatening, albeit defensive, stance while he looks like he is about to kick some ass (while looking like a pyschopath himself.). That, or a pose that siginifies his personality to some regard: arrogant, unfriendly, and I suppose badass.

As for style, I don't actually know. Can be any style.
