Character name: Seija Kijin
Character source: Touhou Project: Touhou 14, Double Dealing Character; Touhou 14.3, Impossible Spell Card
Character history: The embodiment of perversion, the contrary creature, the amanojaku. Seija Kijin is Gensokyo's representative amanojaku, and by extension, its resident troublemaker. She had existed in Gensokyo for a couple of centuries in relative silence, causing trouble in smaller villages and locales only to find herself quickly punished by nearby youkai, and sometimes even the humans. Though clever, she was weak in offensive terms, and her ability to turn everything upside down didn't grant her much strength. She came to be more of an observer, noting the social structure and power hierarchy of Gensokyo and quietly planning out how she could turn it all on its head. When she came across the Miracle Mallet, with its ability to grant any wish, her plan begun to pick up steam. The only problem was she lacked the ability to use the mallet. It could only be used by a descendant of Issun-Boshi, a member of the kobito race.
Lucky for Seija, there existed one kobito in Gensokyo: Shinmyoumaru Sukuna. She filled the young kobito princess's head with tales of betrayal amongst her people, of how it was her turn to return herself and her people to their former glory, and how Seija held for her the tool to do so. And so the two attempted a rebellion against Gensokyo's powerful, to give the weak their rightful time in the spotlight. At least that's what Seija wanted Shinmyoumaru to believe: it was really nothing more than Seija's desire to cause chaos.
Naturally they were thwarted by Gensokyo's incident solvers. While Shinmyoumaru learned of the true history of her people and began to accept her place, Seija had gotten too strong a taste of power to just give it up.
Now aware that the Shining Needle Castle Incident was Seija's doing, the residents of Gensokyo declared her a criminal and placed a bounty on her. They came at her with attacks that violated their in-place rule system (as she was a rebel, there was no need to uphold to rules), but she utilized items she had found that were able to cheat against these impossible attacks. In the end, she stood victorious over even Gensokyo's most powerful youkai.
This of course piqued Omni's attention, and shortly after she had returned into hiding, she was plucked out of Gensokyo and thrown into the Omniverse.
