Do you have to add the spent Omnilium to the total on the roster when you summon things In-Character, such as vechicles? If so, how do you know how much to add?

Vehicles cost no OM. Only moves, powerups, items, etc cost OM. Feel free to summon anything you please, so long as it is within the constraints of Omnillium.
