So, Nealaphh intends on conducting several experiments in order to gain an insight into the machinations of the Omniverse. For this, I will need to know some stuff that isn't specifically explained.
1. Does any given substance cost the same amount of Omnilium wherever it is summoned? Is water more valuable in the Endless Dunes than in the Vasty Deep?
2. Are there certain items in the Omniverse that are more valuable than they might normally seem?
