Side Note: Okay, my reason for this is because, despite of being bested by Mario and the others, he always comes back, meaning to the fact that Ludwig, like his Father and siblings, are highly resilient.

Firebreath (requires Ranged Proficiency) - Ludwig breathes in and blows out fireballs at the opponent (Up to three-four times). Drawback: Temporarily lowers DEF and leaves Ludwig wide open for an attack. (300)
Homing Spell (requires Ranged/Homing Proficiency) - Using his scepter, Ludwig fires off a single, simple blast of magical energy that homes into an opponent. (300) (900 OM)

Character Appearance:
Ludwig has a short, chubby-like appearance and is relevantly close to Roy in appearance, but has some key differences, such to the fact in terms of his face. Facial appearance include that he has dark blue eyebrows above his eyes, shaped cheeks, a high nose, a low jaw, and deeply curved lips with a single tooth in the middle.
Like the male members of the Koopalings, he has green scales, among his forehead, and yellow scales, among the rest of his body, with a tan muzzle and at the ribcage of his shell along with slight difference of being a blue and orange (that is surrounded along the smaller white spikes) of his shell; however, out of the Koopalings, with the exception of Bowser Jr., he has tiny greyhued eyes that rests slightly above his muzzle. Unlike Roy and Morton Jr., he has graceful yet soft blue wavy hair, meaning to signify his elegance and classy nature; this is added to the fact that he has a relevantly deep voice that can come off as intimidating.
On terms of height, he is taller than several of his siblings but is relevant shorter than Iggy and Morton Jr. (mostly to the fact that Iggy is the tallest of all of the Koopalings and Lemmy is the smallest). Like all members of the Draconic Koopas, he has spiked cuffs indicating his high status. While with weight, he is medium class, much compared to Mario, not a heavy class as most fans have believed him to be since his debut in Super Mario Bros. 3.
Once before, he did had a physical ailment according to rumors as many had said that Ludwig is partially deaf due to an incident in his younger years to which he freely dismisses as nonsensical as so he proclaims because he has long been cured of that little mishap when 'something shook loose in his head' and has been doing fine since.
Speaking of unusual, Ludwig once had a German accent that has been mostly replaced with an another (namely Elite British) as time went on; however on occasion, he'll slip out some of his old accent even though he'll hide to the fact that it was something that shouldn't be worried about.
In terms of what he has, the only item he has with him, is his Scepter, a long silver rod-like item garnished with a sapphire gem at the end that he can freely summon to his own will. Vehicle-wise, he has his own Koopa Clown Car and his own airship according to his preference, however given at this point, they are probably back at the Main Castle.

The pompous prodigy and second-in-command serving under Bowser Jr. comes Ludwig, who is the eldest of the seven-member group known as the Koopalings, consisting of several males and one female, each to their own division of the lower ranked minions in the Koopa Troop.
In the days of his childhood, he, along with his siblings, had been under King Bowser, who they came to call as their Father much in due time, namely with calling him 'King Dad'.
Among the mess of troublemaking rascals, as a early teenager, Ludwig watched over his younger siblings whenever the elderly Magikoopa, Kamek, was out on field assisting the lead to the Koopa Troop against the Mario Brothers and the Mushroom Kingdom, the main threats of Darkland at the time being; on the other side, whenever the Magikoopa was around the Castle, he took care of watching the children, even providing them proper education and assignments. It was very much safe to say that he saw much promise and potential in the eldest Koopaling due exceeding his other siblings in terms of the arcane arts, bringing him in as his own apprentice.
Over the course of the years, Ludwig was taught and trained by both Kamek and his Father alike, preparing him for the future to be a stronger leader. Even though it was what it seems to be that his Father has chosen his 'assumed Heir', in truth, he soon found out on his own terms that he was lied, betrayed and given a false hope, therefore giving light to his darker side that it eventually caused much tension for the coming years.
Things worsen when Bowser Jr. has came onto the scene and took the title, Ludwig's assumed title, as the Heir to the Koopa Kingdom, dubbing him as a mere rival and someone that Ludwig would willingly demean him as a form of revenge.
Character Personality:
As the eldest of the Koopalings, he has a dark, mature and cynical aria about him, despite of being a bit of a showoff along with bearing a horrendous temper should one dare to cross him. Due to being with the rest of the other siblings in his family, it gave him much experience in terms of being a forbearing, responsible yet cautious older sibling, despite his distaste for the Heir and his Father much to being betrayed and to his given fate as playing 'second fiddle' under the Prince. Given that he is renowned as being the cruelest and most treacherous, he does have gentlemanly manners and can be shown as polite if you manage to get on his good side to gain his eventual trust and friendship.
Despite of his emotional assets, Ludwig excels at being observant if not only strategic in conditions as he takes the advantage of being mentally, magically and physically competent, especially at how acrobatic he has became over the years. Even though he is intelligent overall, it’s not on the same level as Iggy’s technological means as much as Ludwig's forte involves mostly on magical prowess. Neitherless, this makes him a threat towards his rivals and opponents especially the Mario Brothers and to those who could bring a challenge.
Whenever he is not bogged down with general or arcane studies, he takes much pride into practicing and composing music (known as the infamous Koopa Symphonies) as well as training and playing video games whenever his siblings aren’t being a real pushover. As Time pushed onwards, he seems to have an interest in ships, which would come off as no surprise since his family has been around airships since the beginning, as well as horror and terms of silent reading, culture and the arts, with the recent side hobby of painting.
