Speedsters and Stormtroopers

I noted it was starting to get late, the sun was starting to set. "Well, I think we ought to be getting back to the hotel..." I said. By the time Sisco, Caitlin and I got downstairs, Doctor Wells' secret room was closed up, and he was back in his chair, wearing his glasses as if he was never standing by a Reverse Flash suit. "Barry..." Doctor Wells halted me. "We may have Hannibal Bates locked up, but we still have a lot to do. The Reverse Flash is still out there, the teleporter is out there, there are too many metahumans out there, causing trouble." Doctor Wells said, stern. "Get some rest, but tomorrow, you have to keep looking for the other metahumans." Doctor Wells then left the Flash HQ, towards the hotel. "I guess he's right, we do need to be at the top of our game tomorrow." I said. I then left, followed by Sisco and Caitlin.

At my hotel room, I looked out the window. The Reverse Flash was running by. In response, I created a spare Flash suit, equipped it, and set off after the Man in Yellow. "Reverse Flash..." I said, confronting him. The Reverse Flash stopped, still vibrating, and turned around. "We meet again, Scarlet Speedster..." the Man in Yellow said, voice being disguised. "Are we gonna have to fight, or will you come peacefully?" I asked the Reverse Flash. "Does this answer your question?" the Reverse Flash asked before performing a chain of speedy punches. I dodged a few, but I was hit by others. Eventually, I responded by performing my own flurry of punches, which collided with the Reverse Flash's. "Reverse Flash, you will never win." I claimed. "Neither will you. We're too alike to land a hit on each other with out expecting the attack." the Reverse Flash responded. "No...We're nothing alike...You're a murderer." I said. I then ran around the Reverse Flash in a circle, charging kinetic energy for about 10 seconds before getting close and...
BZZZAP!
A shockingly powerful punch hit the Reverse Flash.

"I'll be back." the Reverse Flash claimed before speeding away. Feeling quite tired, I super-speed ran back to my hotel room and got back in bed, falling asleep.

I woke up, barely keeping myself from screaming, and heard my own heartbeat. "Wow, my heartbeat is faster than I thought..." I told no one in particular. It was; if I wanted it to, it could sound like flatlining. I then noticed I was still in the Flash suit, and changed back into my normal outfit. "I believe I have another suit down in the HQ..." I said to myself. Remembering that I can't be seen super-speed running in public without it, I re-equipped the Flash suit and ran towards the Flash HQ.

When I got there, I noted that Caitlin, Sisco, and Doctor Wells were already there. "Hey, guys..." I said. "Lemme guess; slept in late?" Sisco asked. "Yeah...I...Yeah." I responded. "Well, you already have a mission." Doctor Wells said. "I found some good weapon pieces for Sisco to use. Then, Snart stole them. We think he may be up to something."

The way he said 'found' seemed suspicious, but I ignored it. "On it." I said. "Sisco, you wanna come with me?" I then asked Sisco. "Sure." Sisco said, putting on the Vibe suit over his normal outfit. "Where is he?" I asked. "About a half a mile away, where you fought Swarm." Caitlin responded. "Let's go." I then grabbed Vibe and sped him over to the area mentioned. I particularly knew I was close when I sped by the pizza place and the bakery that have been at war since I got here.

"Leonard Snart!" I shouted, busting down the door of the abandoned shack where I found Swarm. "Ah, if it isn't the Scarlet Speedster himself...How are you doing, Flash and Sisco?" Captain Cold said, holding an incomplete Cold Gun. "One, how do you know it's me, and two, how do you know how to put together my tech?" Vibe asked. "One, in your first fight, you gave Everyman his codename. Two, I disassembled and reassembled your Cold Gun a hundred times, and that was before I even came into this Omniverse. I know the gun inside and out." Captain Cold responded, adding the last few pieces into the Cold Gun. He then aimed it at Vibe. While Cold was distracted, I landed a punch, at which point he turned around and smacked me with the Cold Gun, the barrel hitting my head. "You want a fight, Snart, it's a fight you'll get." I said, starting to circle Snart at super speed. He fired at me five times, hitting the wall each time. I then closed in on him, firing 3 punches, before Vibe blasted him. I then jumped back and started the strategy over, with Vibe continuing to blast Captain Cold with vibrations. "I don't need to stay here." Captain Cold said. He left, through the door I broke down, carrying the gun. "This time, we need to follow him." I said. "He'll notice us and shoot us if we use super speed!" Vibe said. "Then we follow him at a walk." I said. "Won't people be giving us weird looks?" Vibe asked. "...Fine, we can follow him at normal speeds wearing our normal outfits." I said.

We then saw Snart walking over to a hovercar which happens to be locked at the time. "Easy problem..." Snart blasted the window, it turned into thin ice, and he broke the window with his fist. The car alarm sounded. He then unlocked the hovercar from the outside. "Easy solution." Snart entered the car, created a new, thicker ice window with the Cold Gun, and drove off. Vibe and I followed at super speed.

An hour later, we saw Snart stop, at the entrance to Tier 1, and he got out of the car. "The thing broke down." Snart said, slamming the door shut. We then continued the chase at a run. 15 minutes later, I caught up with him. "You gonna worry about me..." Snart fired a blast from the Cold Gun, which was directed at a hovercar which was about to park, not too far away, but far enough to give me time to save the passenger. "...Or are you gonna save him?" Snart then added. I answered by saving the passenger, giving Snart time to get away. He removed his sunglasses and got the hood on the parka off his head, getting lost in the crowd. "Dangit...I lost him." I said. I saw him pull his parka hood back over his head as he entered the Nexus portal. I sped Vibe over to the portal, us following Snart.
