How hurting is the Town With No Name for water? I was thinking of having an Ambrosia character heading that direction bring along a crap ton as an offering, and maybe we can establish a trade route down the line. Though, if they already have plenty, I may reconsider the gift.

Are you saying the NPC gets the reward, not the character, or there is no reward?

The reward goes to the NPC, whether that's OM, influence, or other stuff.
Quests are intended to help people who can't think up their own storylines, People, they're not there for your OM farming =p

I wouldn't say they have "plenty", but the residents of the TWNN don't seem like the type to appreciate such a gesture. "Look at this self-righteous prick, coming in here with a bunch of water like they're the freakin' Golden Cross. Whatever, sure, we'll take it."

It says in the general FaQ and Items pages it says that a group van buy a base together, but how does someone do this. Does each person post in their log normally, saying who they are buying the base with?

Yes. You each post in your log and record how much you're paying toward the cost. The person who actually gets the base will put it on their roster.

Secondaries in your own storyline? Yes.
Prime anything? No. You need to make a move to use Telekinesis on Primes.

The Pale Moors contains a variety of horrifying creatures from many forms of media. It wouldn't be too far outside of the realm of possibility for several of them to exist there.
