for Lv 1's like me, can we get like a basic special move/transformation strictly for the event purpose? eg. Andrenaline Rush which gives stat boosts or Replenish which either patches wounds or something decided by RNG? Doesn't really have to be like that though.

What about a level 0 super move for those without any super moves, costing 1 SP and being a charged attack of a move they have (or a punch in the rare case of those with physical strength and no moves). This would be half the strength of a tier 1 super move, and which normal move they get upgraded to a level 0 super move (can still use the normal version) determined on signup.

Line 1 - True. I'd consider this an exception.
Line 2 - Correct. They'd would have to have it lined up before hand.

Is there a way to avoid the Omniverse-wide recognition of winning the competition? For example, could I create an artefact that makes people forget who I am when they see me? Something like that?

Yes, you may swim in the ocean if you're in a square involving ocean (be aware that doing so doesn't prevent you from being F2F'd or anything like that)
All of the squares that are completely ocean will start off as Danger Zones.
So you can swim there... but you probably won't be terribly happy when you get there.

Yes and no.
Yes because I might decide someone will die in a F2F, and their death might involve their collar being ripped off or broken by their opponent. The same might be true if someone tries to backstab and ally, the F2F might start with them trying to rip off the persons collar.
Also because someone could, if they wanted to, commit suicide by prying their collar off
In terms of backfire - the collar doesn't create a huge mess when it goes off.
No, because I'd kick someone out if they just decided to write their character ripping off their friends collar.
Obviously since I control confrontations, I would be the one handling this scenario. But it is possible. The collars are on pretty tight, but they aren't like, fused onto people's necks.

The registration people will inform you in general. There's a place in the 'pre-show' facility where characters can double-check, and then a few OOC days before Day 1, characters will be collared and receive a list.
