Burning Steppes sounds fine to me, and the plot idea is probably the one that makes the most sense in my eyes.

I can feel free to judge if you're okay with the following scorecard.
Technicalities 5 points- Grammar, sentence structure, and your style of writing will be critiqued here.
Character 5 points- How connected and motivated I feel for your character. Do I want to see him/her win?
Awesomeness 5 points- How entertaining the post is to read?
Story 5 points- Do you create a nice story with all the other readers or does it seem like each post is a mega spotlight of your character.
Believability 5 points- Can I believe your characters have done their actions or have you God-modded a bit?

Alright!
And just to clarify what I said earlier, I'm not okay with playing other people's characters during a fight, but before or after it is okay.
Also, I have a little more depth to the plot: Madotsuki and Chara have been wreaking havoc because they're looking for the Star Pieces, which they believe will grant them amazing powers. They've gathered all but one: the Red Star Piece, which happens to be in the Burning Steppes. But as they prepare to travel to the location of the final Star Piece, it turns out that Sans and Yukki decide to halt their progress once and for all.
Unfortunately, during their no-holds-barred quest for power, they end up killing another Prime; maybe a friend of Yukki's? I'll let you decide what the story's like on your side.

Ok so we can start our intro posts Madotisuki you can get the setting for where we meet up so it would be Madotisuki then me then eather Sans or Yuki then as the post setup. If that is fine with you as I think you could get the starting post better

Can Chara do that? Can she say she just happened to have papyrus's scarf sitting around in a bag? It doesn't say anything about it in her roster and i was wondering if that doesn't break the rules. I would figure that would fall under not having flashbacks that are convenient for this moment.

Well I did say that I took it because I thought it would be useful and its like my mock with DG vs Chara I knew things about his life and was not in trouble also its not a real mock or I would not have it though I will take a deduction if that is what needs to happen

For the most part, as long as it could either enhance the story or reveal something about the characters or something like that, than it's typically okay to do something like, say, pull out Sans' brother's scarf. I mean, it's not THAT much different from them having almost all of the Star Pieces.
Of course, if it's something like, say, them knowing about your scientific background when you haven't even told ANYBODY in the Omniverse about it is something that would most likely require permission from the writer for said character in order to do, as that is often giant metagaming and a huge no-no regardless of where it is committed.

I see it as being alright as long as it gives them little to no advantage battlewise or they shouldn't have been able to do in the first place.

Our characters do not, and should not, know anything more than what they did when they were spirited away from their original universe. This includes background information on other characters that your character does not know personally.
Just putting that here because it seems like this became a topic of discussion in the thread.

Well in DG vs Chara Doomguy put it in where I knew about his word already so I took the opportunity to work that into a good fight.
