To be considered for the rankings, it has to be something I might conceivably care about. Something I've heard of, which impresses me. Something, in other words, I don't have to go out of my way to research.
Because guess what? If your plans are so big and so scary that nobody knows what you've done until you tell them, they aren't important. Nobody cares. YAWN!

Well Chara did kill two people one of them is some guard in Darkshire another is One of the Stormtroupers though I do plan to get rid of Dracula at one point.
