From what I understand, once you send a PM in, that's why Karl will go with, even if you send a second one in immediately afterwards to retcon the first. So, basically just be sure of what you wanna do before you do it.

You can de-queue things as long as I'm aware before it matters.
I.E. Don't try to dequeue all your super stuff once your (this is an example) F2F with Pepsiman is posted.

Yes. Once you group up, anyone in the group can make moves for the whole group. Make sure you guys are communicating well.
