Information Request - Caira Ayryn - 02-26-2015 influence.php#Influence_And_Notoriety In TBG and my RP based in Camelot ("Toying with Time") we'd like to pursue gathering information and the whereabouts of Magus on the bounty list. Re: Information Request - Ganondorf - 02-26-2015 Write it up. When you think you've done enough research/information gathering, post here again asking for a staff member to decide whether you've done enough or need to do more. Re: Information Request - Caira Ayryn - 02-26-2015 Sure! Thanks for the assistance Gannon. (Alright I suppose I'll start with some basics. This is what I came up with when I started to compile and summarize information. Let me know if you have any other questions, and particularly how you may want me to integrate information on the whereabouts of Magus in the posts to come in the topic "Toying with Time" and relevancies on a chase/ tracking or if you as a mod will post as a guard we question etc.) Bounty's name: Magus A summary/ the reason that Magus received a bounty on his head: (Initially he was kept under an implied watch for some mischievous business that he and Link were sucked into. Which involved some attackers whom also seemed to be mages, and the skillful integration of a pocket universe.) Magus went to the library and spoke to the librarian whom 'discussed' that in order to obtain the information on finding Omni, he must see to it that Rathalos was vanquished (for the better good of Camelot). Magus returned learning Rathalos was slain and then tension became more pronounced. Magus lost his temper briefly, which enraged a threatened yet challenging clerk whom called for security. Things got a little hectic as words were lost in a sea of action and swept away as Magus's defenses were drawn into a misinterpreted display of a sort of attack. Magus escaped intact, yet leaving the trail of the story from the attacked guards. He continues to search for Omni at Minas Tirith, in its "bottom layers." Searching for an authoritative power of perhaps some higher up gang members whom have influence, power and knowledge- all information that will may come with a price. ---- Description: Magus the Mage Magus is tall, powerful, stands with a proudly strong stance and has pale skin and hair. Distinguishing feature: Crimson eyes that are emphasized by a red fluttering cape. (On a more personalized note) He seeks Omni. And continues his pursuit through the distinguished paths of force or straight forward behavior. --- Guards, secondaries and a library clerk: The guards surrounding Dalaran recall the powerful mage, how could they forget after he exuded a power of ultimate presence when they weren't much of a match for? The groups of guards, murmur about the threats of new primes and whisper their fears of powerful threats and frequently compare Magus to the great dragon Rathalos that they were no match for (as secondaries). The mutterings are probably due to his association with Rathalos as he had once sought to defend the Kingdom from it. Who would it take to find Magus when compared to the Great Dragon Rathalos? Especially after Rathalos took more than one prime to slay the dragon of Camelot. These rumors grew, creating the idea of Magus in distinct association to a dragon- an insurmountable beast that requires a high level of power or skill to slay. The Wizards of Dalaran do not seem as panicked as the others particularly guards, despite the threat of primes being one of the more dangerous challenges they may have to face in their inhabitance in the Omniverse. Some wizards even sell information, providing minute details on his appearance for what guards will give for free. Fortune telling is on a rise because of a few curious beings, not on his trail, but wanting to know if the threat is enough that they should move or hire someone to provide greater incentive to extinguish the threat of a prime whom has great power and is less subservient than most. ... Meanwhile, Toybox Girl and Caira visit Dalaran on their own missions but with each other's provided company. Together they make a great team, and balance one another well, despite still being inexperienced Primes. They agree that employment of work would be good for the both of them, and somehow bounty hunting suits both of their previous lives rather well. Caira was a guard to an ancient civilization, set to track down infiltrations, threats and other disrupting trespassers using her foreignly bestowed skills. TBG has a technological advantage that is considered to be more distinguished and advantageous in Camelot because of its lack of it. TBG has an intelligent past, and is a physical representation of this. Her savvy adapt system, allows her to copy moves and take on any challenge she may face. It's easy to consider that with her assets, she is up for any threatening challenge, or in this case- something more brilliant and masterful- a mage. Re: Information Request - Atelos - 02-28-2015 This is really good but if you would RP her trying to research or find up information that would Be great. Once you feel as if you had researched enough information IC then post again in here. A staff member will then read your post and determine if you had done enough "IC" searching and then will then to lead you to your destination. Re: Information Request - Caira Ayryn - 02-28-2015 My bad. I'll have Caira initiate some character reconnaissance and investigation before posting to this thread again. Thank you for getting to this so quickly Atelos. Re: Information Request - Caira Ayryn - 03-24-2015 Okay! Posted my reply to Toying with Time, which should provide ample investigation and warrant some evidence! Edit: the pair contacted numerous sources, the clerk and the Dalaran guard station. We have a wizard-y guide now too. Re: Information Request - Gilgamesh - 03-26-2015 I'll read the topic and give judgement tomorrow. I'm too tired today. Re: Information Request - Caira Ayryn - 03-27-2015 Sounds good. Re: Information Request - Atelos - 03-27-2015 I think you should have one more post before you're actually able to find Magus. But you could get closer, so you can talk to him about it-which would be the best way to search for him or read his posts and determine yourselves. Once you've done that reply back in here and I'll check it out. Re: Information Request - Schwi Dola - 04-06-2015 Posted, this of course leaves room for the introductory post for the fight where we do actually find him. Re: Information Request - Gilgamesh - 04-06-2015 Approved! You're good to begin your fight with Magus. Schedule something up, post it in the discussion thread, and have fun! Re: Information Request - Proto Man - 04-07-2015 Make sure you send him (Magus) a PM if you haven't already, notifying him of this and including a link to the appropriate thread in Camelot and in the Discussion Forum. Re: Information Request - Caira Ayryn - 04-08-2015 *nods in acknowledgement* he knows we're on his tail. I will however add the links to the discussion thread . |
