Jon Snow - Darth Vader - 02-16-2015 Character name: Jon Snow Character source: Westeros/Game of Thrones Universe (TV show)/A Song of Ice and Fire (book series) universe. Character history: (In this incantation of Jon, it's important to note that the popular fan theory of R+L=J is canon. This means that Jon is actually the son of Lyanna Stark and Rhaegar Targaryen, rather than the son of Ned Stark as he is presented.) Jon Snow was born a lie. A secret to be kept. In the Tower of Joy, Lyanna Stark layed dying in a bed of blood, holding a newborn babe close to her in her arms. Her brother, Eddard would soon rush in, grief-stricken almost immediately at the sight of his fatally wounded sister. Lyanna only silently passed the child to him, gently placing her hand in his. "Promise me, Ned." And indeed, Ned Stark did keep his promise. Bringing the child home to Winterfell, he presented him to the world as his illegitimate son, though this was far from the truth. Jon was born the child of Lyanna Stark and Rhaegar Targaryen, giving him the blood of the dragon and the wolf both. His Targaryen heritage was to kept secret by Ned, though, as apart of his promise to Lyanna. If the world knew the babe had Targaryen blood in him, it was no doubt that the new king Robert would seek some form of retribution. Some things were best kept a secret to the grave, Ned agreed. (For the sake of convenience, the wiki link where the rest of Jon's history can be read is posted below. He'd be "snatched" by Omni after his supposed "death" at the hands of his own Nights Watch brothers.) http://awoiaf.westeros.org/index.php/Jon_Snow Physical Description: (originals only) Stats: ATK: 2 DEF: 2 SPD: 2 TEC: 4 Starting Proficiencies: Physical Strength (1000 OM) Ranged Proficiency (1000 OM) Starting Powers: Foresight (1500 OM) Starting Moves: Longclaw (300 OM) Jon's bastard sword, forged from fine Valyrian Steel. It was in the possession of House Mormont for nearly 5 generations before reaching Jon, given to him by Lord Commander Jeor Mormont as a token of gratitude for saving him from a Wight. The blade is roughly 87 centimetres in length, and 67 millimetres in width. The blade hangs at Jon's belt, and can be utilised in combat at his choosing. A direwolf head has been carved at the swords pommel, the sigil of House Stark. Longbow (300 OM) Jon's archery bow, sheathed at his back. It's joined by a set of iron-tipped arrows stacked into a quiver, each one 29 inches exactly. Jon can use his bow at his choosing, to fire a ranged shot at his enemies. Re: Jon Snow - Guu - 02-16-2015 Please include the length of the blade in inches or feet in the description of the move so we know how far you could plunge that thing into someone. (RP fodder) Also, fluffing up the bow description a bit more would be nice, like maybe the length of the arrow, that sort of thing. Also, could you do me a favor and tell me which book you character was snatched from? I mean, I could read the whole wiki, but if you want to be approved expediently... Other than that, looking good!
