There are three NPCs waiting approval or disapproval and plots starting to need them.

I pmed Omni about this - asking basically how to approve or deny them; so if no one else can handle it, I will do it eventually (once I hear back). There are no specific details regarding the process, so I don't really have a firm ground to say yes or no to any of them at the moment.
Edit: Omni just said leave it to him and/or Proto for the simple reason that there really shouldn't be that many statted NPC Primes running around. Protoman is the de facto NPC guy and Omni is well Omni xD.
