NPC Roleplay Requests - Sarah_Kerrigan - 12-31-2014
Since I couldn't find an official topic for requests to be made to use canon site NPCS, this topic will serve that function. I think we traditionally went about it with members pming staff to use them. However personally, I think it would be wise to make a log to keep track of the usage and the whereabouts of the major NPCS.
In short, post here if you want approval to use an already created site NPC.

This is why Dio requested an audience. Dio's goal was to learn from the master of what he viewed as the perfect kingdom and when it came time and he had exploited all of Dracula's knowledge and talents attempt to usurp him.
However, if the man he was seeking is weak enough to die to the first hero who walks through the door he wasn't what Dio wanted anyways and becomes beneath his notice.

Dracula's not going to have a personal audience with any prime who just walks up to his castle, much like Napoleon or Patton wouldn't have met with any stranger who tried to enter his camp. Dracula's not a very visible prime. It'd be more likely that untrustworthy primes would be driven off or worse.
If your goal is meet with Dracula 1-on-1 and try to foster any sort of relationship, you'll have to do the faction quest, much like Shang and Atelos had to jump that hurdle to meet with the Mayor of Darkshire.

Alright, I'm fine with just setting that up for now. I'll just have some NPC tell Dio to either do something to prove that he's worth the effort (The faction quest) or he can get killed for coming in that close to his territory.
