switching to Ritsu - Leonardo Watch - 08-02-2018 CHARACTER NAME: Kageyama Ritsu CHARACTER SOURCE: Mob Psycho 100 CHARACTER HISTORY: at the end of the anime PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: [spoiler][/spoiler] STATS: ATK: 4 DEF: 2 SPD: 2 TEC: 2 STARTING PROFICIENCIES (3200): Physical Strength (1000), Ranged Proficiency (1000), Remote Control (600), Ranged Materialize (600) STARTING POWERS (1500): Burst Movement (800), Super Jumping basic (300), Telekinesis basic (400) STARTING MOVES (300): Psychic Grab – 300 [Ranged proficiency, Remote control, Telekinesis] Ritsu concentrates his psychic power around his intended target, to then smash them into a nearby surface. Targeting someone has a slight delay, as Ritsu has to build up his power over his victim beforehand, which becomes a problem when facing foes too fast to follow, or those who can hide themselves. While the attack isn't a projectile, it does need to be aimed. The range and force of the attack all fall under the telekinesis rules, except for the total strengh of the smash, which would be a little higher than a normal grab. It can be used repeatedly, but each time the attack would need to be aimed again, and it becomes a short road at tiring oneself.
