Flight of Fancy (Open) - Professor Sunshine - 07-31-2018 It was right after her meeting with Omni, and as Sunshine was sent to the Nexus, she had found her initial meeting with Omni to have been pretty pleasant, despite not having enough time to ask on who had won that Megafootball game she was watching earlier. As the cloudy lady looked around in the Nexus, she could see from her position in the Fountain 8 different gates, each one she presumed to lead to a different place in the Omniverse, but she was unsure on what the gates looked like from so far away, leaving her to be curious on what the gates looked like from up close. Still though, as Sunshine looked around, she saw that things looked a bit... bland to her in the place she was currently, besides the fountain. "Hmm... I have to admit that the fountain does look pretty beautiful, but wherever this is looks pretty boring, I mean look at the floor and sky! They're both the same shade of boring white! If this was a place in the mind this would make sense, but even then I would never decorate a place with just pure white! I'll definitely need to decorate this place with pure charisma, maybe that will help!" Holding out her hands, Sunshine quickly begun to fly up into the air, focusing her energy on creating a simple rainbow platform around the Fountain in a attempt to try to decorate the Nexus with some color. However, as she continued to create, her rainbow creation was beginning to fade back into Omnilium as she continued to fly, causing the cloud woman to try to fly even faster in order to finish the rainbow before it faded completely. Despite her efforts however, the rainbow did fade before Sunshine could land, and while it had saddened her that she could not create any new things, she tried to keep her smile regardless. "Well it's certainly a... bummer that I can't color up this Nexus permanently, but you gotta keep a good smile on your face Sunshine. Can't let the world see you as just another sad brooding cloud, you gotta stay charismatic and happy about things. As Sunshine continued to try to stay hopeful about things, she eventually decided to just try to travel in one direction to keep calm. Flying to the top of the Fountain, Sunshine tried to get a better look about which gate to go through, before finally deciding on the gate to the west as her first choice, followed by the gate to the south if things did not work out there. Flying back down to about 1 foot from the ground, Sunshine then began to fly in the direction of the gate to the west, testing out to see if she had kept any other abilities while in this Omniverse. While she could still turn into a sort of vapor which could let her phase through objects, she was unable to do any of her other powers, such as shape shifting or the ability to turn her body into a bunch of small clouds, though despite this Sunshine kept herself happy. "Okay, so I only have the power to phase through things and fly so far, but hopefully that means I can always regain my powers later on and become a better hero in the process. I mean, the idea of losing your powers only to gain new ones does sound dramatic and cool, but the powers I did have I would prefer over something new and random. RE: Flight of Fancy (Open) - Clownpiece - 08-03-2018 Augh what the hell! Clownpiece clutched desperately at her head, long golden locks pouring through the gaps between her fingers. Deep purple eyes stared fixated on some unseeable spot in the featureless grey stone before her, where they’d been locked on for the past... who knew how long? The dull roar of the water pouring over the lip of the cavern offered no way to tell the time. What the hell! She should’ve had it in the bag! She should’ve swept this DA! All that time she’d spent practicing, refining her madness, gone to waste just like that! How many days had it been? How many days had she spent preparing? The irate little fairy’s mind wandered, delving back to the time she’d spent preparing, honing her skills before the contest... ... Immediately Clownpiece was met with images of her screwing around at the shrine, playing around with fellow fairies, going off on some ill-fated quest to kill some giant thing and... She hadn’t actually done all that much preparing as it turned out. But even so! How did that happen!? Last year she’d gotten so much further with so much less! She’d beaten up that bat guy! The guy with the gun! Even... Okay so maybe those were the only two! Still, she beat them single-handedly. ... ... Or with Cirno’s help at least. But like that mattered! Cirno was never much help. And Dane, now that she thought about it... Well whatever! Even with Cirno dragging them down they still won! And this time she didn’t have that hindrance! Her and Link should’ve crushed everyone in their way! Especially after he’d succumbed to the throes of madness! And yet here she was, sulking for days after having lost. Not even superior numbers had helped them in the last fight. It’s not fair! What would Master think of her now? Hecatia had been so willing to entrust her with a special mission, and though she was no longer in Gensokyo, no longer where the mission actually mattered, it still mattered to her. She was one of the greatest terrors of hell itself! How could she have fallen so low as to lose to some skeleton, a midget, and a budget pierrot? If Master saw her now, would she lose all faith in her loyal Lampad? Would she just... discard her like she’d done to so many other failed servants before? Loyalty and fervor meant nothing in hell, where only the strongest ruled. If she wasn’t among the strongest anymore, then what was she? She needed to do something, anything. She needed to redeem herself in her absent Master’s eyes, and to do that, she actually needed to go out and do something. She couldn’t just sit in here forever! A newfound resolve flared up in the little fairy’s chest, the hellish flames of determination sparking up and sending their warm energy through her veins. Falling to her stomach and pressing against the cold stone floor, the star-spangled nymph began to pull herself forward, crawling out of the darkness and towards the white-glowing waterfall before her. A deluge of chilly, perfectly pristine water doused Clownpiece as she pulled herself free, soaking her completely from head to toe as she slowly wriggled free from the fountain. And suddenly she was out, lurching forward suddenly. With an undignified squeak, the fairy righted herself in the air and hung there. She brushed her wet hair out of her eyes, small droplets flung free as she flicked it behind her with a twist of her wrist and a shake of her head. Her patriotic dress clung to her, a few extra pounds of weight threatening to drag her down to the ground. “Alright!” An amped-up, childish voice cried out to no one in particular, the owner of it giving herself a little shake to throw some of the water off her. Of course, given how absolutely drenched she was, that didn’t do much of anything, only succeeding in showering some unseen, hapless fool below her. Though the redhead gave an indignant shout, the clownish child scarcely noticed it, instead suddenly staring raptly at... a nyuudou? Was that what they were called. A big cloudy thing. Well whatever it was! She knew the clouds were scary foes, but not scarier than her! The perfect target to beat up and prove that she still was the strongest fairy from hell! Even the chill of the water soaking her wasn’t enough to douse the hellish excitement raging in her. Clownpiece let loose an excited shout as she dove forwards, hell-bent on chasing down that cloud lady and challenging her to a duel. RE: Flight of Fancy (Open) - Professor Sunshine - 08-03-2018 Sunshine was still playing with her Omnilium, riding on a small rain cloud vehicle she had created when she had heard the cries of some sort of small fairy flying straight towards her. While she was unsure of the reason that the fairy was flying straight at her, she naively guessed that the fairy was charging to hug her, and as such she held her hands outward, in order to comfort the fairy. "Oh, are you new here too? Don't worry and come here, I'll be sure to help take care o-" It was at about that moment when Sunshine was hit in the gut, her body having been launched a bit by the torch from the fairy and knocking her off of her rain cloud. Rising up from the ground, the cloudy woman rubbed her gut in pain, before looking at the fairy and guessing that she was not trying to be friendly, but instead was trying to take out her anger or something. Holding out both of her hands, Sunshine focused her energy through them, before launching two blasts of electric energy from them in one second intervals, both blasts of energy homing in on the hell fairy as they continued on their path. "You dare to hit someone who is unknown to you, and not even state your reason for doing as such? Forshame on you!" Continuing to focus her energies through the bolts of lightning leaving them, they continued to home in on Clownpiece, in a attempt to hit her on the wings to burn them off. Despite Sunshine's best efforts however, the fairy had ended up flying at fast speeds, evading both bolts as fast as she could, and while she had been hit in the knee by the first bolt, the fairy had ended up avoiding the other bolt, before taking her torch out and shining a weird light. Confused by the light, Sunshine took a quick look at the fire coming from the torch, but as she did so she could feel a sudden pain coming from her gut once again, despite the fairy being nowhere near her at the moment. Confused at what was happening, Sunshine tried to turn her face away from the torch, only to end up being enthralled by the flame, continuing to feel further pain as she stared at it, despite her efforts in trying to turn her head away from the flame. Eventually, Sunshine tried to focus to fire a Lightning Bolt in order to knock out the torch, so she could finally turn away from the flame. As the lightning traveled through the air from her hand, the bolt eventually reached near Clownpiece, but as it was about to hit the fairy she quickly moved the torch away from the bolt, causing it to hit her in the side of the body instead. While it had not knocked the torch away from her fingers like Sunshine had wanted though, at that moment the cloud lady was finally freed from the light from the torch, allowing her to regain her composure. Checking her own stomach, Sunshine had guessed that the pain was somehow caused by a mental problem, since besides the slight marks from the torch hitting her gut, there was no additional wounds in that area. "Ouch, that was certainly a confusing attack, but your not messing with any normal fighter. My name is Sunshine, professor of charisma at P.O.I.N.T Prep, and now I'll show you something that will definitely put out those flames!" "Now take this, my very own Rainstorm!" Raising both of her hands to her sides, Sunshine quickly begun to fly up into the air over the course of 3 seconds, before quickly spinning as fast as she could, releasing rain drops from her body as she continued to rotate at very fast speeds. As she did this, the cloudy woman tried to follow the hellish fairy horizontally through the air, in a attempt to cause the fairy to get hit by more and more droplets of fire. After around 5 seconds however, Sunshine stopped suddenly in the middle of the air, her head mixed up from all the spinning. "Ugh, that's definitely new. I guess I can't spin around recklessly anymore, at least in this world..." Trying to regain her composure, Sunshine took her time to stand on the ground as she watched her opponent, in order to see what she was going to do. As she did this, the cloud lady huffed a bit, the spin having taken quite a bit of a toll on her stamina. Quote:766 Words according to WordCounter. RE: Flight of Fancy (Open) - Cassie - 08-03-2018 Cassie was just on her way out of the Fountian with Zigs when she heard some commotion. The Huntress was no stranger to fights, especially ones that were dangerous or life threatening. As she walked a few more paces past the Fountian, Cassie discovered that a fairy was fighting a cloud? No, that couldn't be right. Cassie loaded some bolts into her father's crossbow and motioned for Zigs to stay back for safety. "Stay here, buddy. I don't want you getting hurt. I'm just gonna check out what their problem is, okay?" "SQUAWK!" "I'll be fine, Ziggy. Just stay here and don't fly off. I'll be right back." ![]() Cassie pet Zigs on the head softly and stood up from her kneeling position ti rub iver and see just what these magical forces were fighting about. Of course Cassie didn't expect them to be civil about this, given that they were already slinging magic at each other. She couldn't just shoot at both of them lest they turn their rage in her direction. Cassie had to play this smart. Her father had always advised Cassie that sometimes peace and understanding were more powerful than any arrow. This was a new universe, with new rules and new worlds. Cassie may have been on a mission but if she could possibly calm these two down and figure all this out without somebody dying today, then that was enough of a victory in her book. "Excuse me? Hello! Can you guys understand me?" RE: Flight of Fancy (Open) - Clownpiece - 08-06-2018 Ah, what a refreshing rain! Clownpiece’s mouth contorted in a fiendish grin, her eyes widening, her heart pounding. Though the pouring droplets stung, tearing at her exposed cheeks and arms, they did little to quench the inferno blazing inside the tiny pierrot. Her lips parted, a maniacal laugh erupting from deep within her. It was nothing! Nothing compared to the winds Shantotto had assaulted her with, and especially nothing when compared to... “Is that all!?” The star-spangled fae shouted, so much fervor in her call. “You’d never make it in hell if that’s the-!” “Can you guys understand me!?” And just like that, with a high, female voice, the storm faded away, leaving only silence and devastation in its wake. Or, perhaps, it was only the calm before the true storm. Can we understand you? Her face remained just as contorted in hellish joy as she whipped around towards the interloper, her soggy, golden hair swinging loosely in spite of the energy in her movements. Can we understand you!? Blood pounded in her ears, the roar of adrenaline as it crashed through her veins. There was no rationality left in the little fairy, only the pulsing need for more battle, more devastation! “Γαμήσου!” All fired up, the berserk fairy simply spat a curse at the crossbow-carrying woman. A pair of brilliant orbs, red and white, lifted into the air on either side of her. Cassie’s expression shifted into one of confusion as she hefted her crossbow uncertainly, taking a cautious step forward. And two lasers promptly slammed into her chest. A garbled scream escaped the Huntress as the infernal lights hurled her backward, clear off her feet. “A-Another one!?” The cloud lady’s voice, still noticeably dizzy, shouted with indignation. “You... You impudent little..!” To that, Clownpiece simply cackled madly, floating higher up into the air, the lunatic light of her torch jumping and flickering as she prepared her next spell. “Και οι δυο σας, κοιτάξτε το φως του δάδα μου και τρέχει τρελός!” She slipped comfortably into her native tongue. “What are you even-” Just as Professor Sunshine was starting to get her bearings, the Lampad swept her torch high into the air, painting a maddening magenta streak. The pseudo-nyuudou choked, almost as if she bit her tongue halfway through her sentence, and suddenly shot a deadly glare up at the hovering nymph. “Why I never! Brats like you need to be taught a lesson!” Lightning crackled at the professor’s grey fingertips, electricity flash throughout her stormy body, but the fairy was undeterred, petulantly pulling an eyelid down and sticking out her tongue. “Άι στο διάολο!” She shouted back, two more brilliant orbs floating up into the air beside her. And suddenly a powerful blast erupted all around Clownpiece, red-hot adrenaline ripping through her side as something devastating struck. The world turned into a dizzying blur of white, white, and more white, swirling incoherently as she tumbled through the air until suddenly she slammed against the ground. Her breath escaped in a harsh gasp, her side throbbing painfully, and before she knew it she was lying on her back, purple eyes staring dumbly into the sky above, torch still clenched tightly in her fist. “What the hell is going on here!?” The second voice, the interloper, demanded, voice full of lunatic rage. Clownpiece sucked in a deep breath, ribs stinging, and leaped right back to her feet, fire in her eyes. “Hell on earth, that’s what!” Though her body was sore, her mind was clear, and thrilled. Just off to the side, Sunshine lay, her shoulder and chest seared by the fairy’s barrage of stripes. To the front, Cassie jogged forward, still a fair bit in the distance and not closing it nearly as fast as her gear would have suggested. Good, she still had time. Grinning a toothy grin from ear to ear, Clownpiece suddenly hurled herself to the side, lifting just a bit off the ground. The sentient cloud sat up, a grimace painting her face as she nursed her burning shoulder. A grimace that was immediately tossed away as the teacher laid eyes upon the problem child. The flame of a reckless fervor lit up in her eyes, her body tensing as she prepared to leap to her feet. Except the little pierrot had already blazed past her in a vibrant missile of red, white, and blue. The already-bright light of her torch flared even brighter as she zipped by just behind Sunshine. The deep purple glow enveloped the speedy little fairy, and just like that she was gone, wreathed in a hallucinatory cloak. Clownpiece giggled, quietly and cutely, as her two dumbfounded foes paused in their tracks, completely thrown off by her disappearing trick. A hellish spark alighted in her palm. Quote:795 Words RE: Flight of Fancy (Open) - Touko Fukawa - 08-09-2018 Bored, bored, bored, bored, bored. She clicked what was left of her chewed nails as she walked, just to keep any part of herself moving. They were a piece of physical, tangible stimulus to keep her sane in the white void. Well, as sane as she got. That was to say, not at all. It was so like her gloomy self to choose somewhere so dark and miserable to spend her days. So like her to run for the comfortable, the familiar. But what was the fun in that? She had been gifted with this whole new world to explore, and she wanted to waste it sitting around crying in a run down motel room? Sure, maybe the other "Touko" lived like that, but she had other plans. And that was why the moment she'd found herself back in the drivers seat, Genocider had asked for one way tickets to "anywhere but fuckin' here!" and turned her ass back around to the Nexus. Not that this was much better. It was only natural that as she approached, her eyes were drawn to the only visible landmark of the Fountain of Infinity- and the brawl unfolding nearby. To the great beacon of manic insanity that led the fighters on. She stopped clicking her fingernails. Reached to the holster on her thigh, under her skirt. Still full. Pulled a pair of scissors from it, spinning them around one finger. Picked up her pace. A crazy moth to a crazy flame. But by the time she was within true eye shot of the conflict, she found the hellfire irritatingly gone. Barely a hit, and the violence addict was already craving more. The other two women were merely standing around baffled- perhaps also searching for the vanishing source? The archer spotted Fukawa first and glanced at her from the corner of her eye, but it was the cloudy inhuman one who immediately put herself in a defensive position when she met the newcomer's gaze. "And who are you supposed to be?" "Bored and criminally insane!" Came the serial killer's singsong response. As the thrown pair of scissors glinted inches wide of her eye, Sunshine determined she had been completely justified in her reaction. But as she turned her attention fully to her new foe- the clown's ally?- the blast of hellfire struck them both. Searing pain raced through Genocider's limbs like electricity, her knees weakening underneath her, but still barely holding her weight as she sagged. Her limited focus was torn from the other battlers as it now landed on the reappearing miniature clown girl, decked out in more american flag than a drunk white deadbeat on the Fourth of July, complete with a set of translucent fairy wings. Just as this scorching flame washed over her body, so, too, did that strange emotion she always held deep in her heart. Some perverse amalgamation of rage, resentment, and yet also exhilaration. Like she'd somehow been dying to fight this battle. She leapt out of the flame and clear over the battle, landing easily on the very tip of the Fountain of Infinity. With a flick of her wrists, she managed to produce two more pairs of scissors from under her skirt, two in each hand- spinning the ones in her left around her finger like one would a pocket knife. Despite the burning pain that still somehow consumed her despite no longer being within the blast, the smile had not left her face- her tongue curling up just at the end with intrigue. Almost as if she was posing to deliver her speech. "Welllll, don't take it personally, but I don't normally get out of bed for anything less than a couple of genuine hotties when it comes to games like this! Too many variables to account for and all, witnesses, out in the open, no escape route... Just not my usual MO. But right now I'm just frustrated enough to bite, y'know? So for today's special, I'll indulge you and play along!" Her grand statement was punctuated by a wicked, maniacal laugh- and her twin pairs of scissors being flung at the redhead and the cloud woman as she leapt back down from her perch, pulling out another pair with her right hand all the while. Ah, a break from the usual was fun every so often, wasn't it? Her outstretched feet slammed into the hell fairy's center of gravity, bearing all her weight and momentum- sending the both of them into a tumbling heap of limbs, confusion and fury onto the Nexus's papery white ground. A crimson blood spatter from one or the other sprouted on that canvas as Clownpiece struggled her way to the brawl's top. Quote:791 words. RE: Flight of Fancy (Open) - Professor Sunshine - 08-09-2018 Before Sunshine could move out of the way, in response to the fear of almost being hit by the pair of scissors being thrown by the Genocider, Sunshine had ended up seared all over her body, as hellfire covered her and caused sear marks to appear all over her cloudy body. Trying to get up, Sunshine was stunned from the genuine craziness, quickly turning misty as Touko threw a pair of scissors at her body in order to impale it. Thankfully for the cloudy woman, as the pair of scissors approached Sunshine, they would simply phase through her chest and continue on their path, dropping at about a foot away from Clownpiece harmlessly. Afterwards, Sunshine's body quickly went from misty back to it's normal cloudy form, small bits of white blood leaking from her seared arms and legs as she turned towards Touko. "Dear cob, this is all getting way too crazy! First I end up in this Omniverse all by my own only to get attacked by a fairy, and then I get hit not only by some sort of long stripe like blast, but also some sort of weird fire! Thank goodness I could still phase those scissors through me, otherwise I could have been dead." Turning back to the hell fairy, Sunshine stared down the woman, before launching one more bolt of lightning, her arm stinging from the damages having been done to it as she launched it. Continuing to focus the lightning, Sunshine hoped that the beam would home in on the hell fairy, so she could hopefully take down the fairy, and then flee from the mad woman who had tried throwing scissors at her as fast as she could. Eventually, the bolt was able to connect to the Hell Fairy, hitting her as she fired what appeared to be 10 different small blue stars from her torch. While Touko and Sunshine have both ended up avoiding most of the shots, one of the shots ended up hitting Touko in the knee, while another had grazed the cloud lady's back, leaving a small open wound as it continued to travel onward. "Ouch! Those stars do really sting, probably as much as my own lightning! You may be a pretty bad brat who needs some spanking after this is over with, but I do have to admit, you are one of the strongest people I have ever met, and I have met some pretty strong people in my own universe. Though considering that you are just a fairy, I guess that makes me among one of the weaker people in this fight, even with my flight." "Regardless though, I won't give up!" Quickly leaping upward into the air, Sunshine tried flying closer and closer to Clownpiece, attempting to hit the fairy from up close by launching bolt after bolt of lightning into her face. As she continued to move around, the cloud woman took her time to avoid the fairy's stars and stripes, as well as attacks from the other two fighters directed at the hell fairy. After a few seconds, Sunshine was eventually able to catch up to Clownpiece, her speed being slightly superior to the fairy's despite both of their injuries. Before Sunshine could fire her first bolt of lightning however, Clownpiece quickly shone her lamp into her face, causing a seed of anxiety to be planted into the cloud woman's mind while also stunning her a bit and allowing for the fairy to fly away. Only a bit after being shone upon, Sunshine tried to catch up to the fairy once again, only to shake a bit in fear as she heard a small ping coming from behind from her. As she turned around rather quickly, Sunshine could see another pair of scissors being thrown at her from Touko, with the intent of trying to impale her with the scissors once again. "Phew, for a second I thought that little fairy was much faster than I anticipated...' Once again turning into a more misty form, Sunshine allowed the scissors to phase through her once again, this time landing in the shoulder of Clownpiece rather than landing on the ground. As the scissors hit the patriotic fairy's body, a bit of the blood from the scissor's impact had ended up landing in Sunshine's eyes and dress. "Ugh, I hate this sort of blood stuff! This will take weeks to dry out you know, though I guess I shouldn't worry about that when someone is trying to kill me on retrospect." Quickly regaining her composure, Sunshine quickly held out both of her arms, ready to strike both Touko and the hell fairy Clownpiece, before firing two bolts at them, with the intent to maim. Quote:800 words exactly. RE: Flight of Fancy (Open) - Hecate Rothchild - 08-10-2018 Hecate’s sadistic eyes watched silently from behind the cold gaze of Kopaka and his strange mask. A fight? A toothy grin filled her features as she stepped out, her fitted military uniform, that of the Witch Corps, stood out little in the dull whiteness of the Nexus. Still her sanguine eyes stared full of the hunger that only blood could quench. Peering towards the commotion, even though she lacked reason to engage in the fight she wanted to partake in the spilling of blood, sweet sweet crimson life. A motley assortment of interesting and killable people all gathered in one place. "Like lambs to the slaughter." Fire in her sultry voice as a long crimson battle standard took shape in her hands, its flag tightly wound up against the wooden spear handle. A small demented looking fairy was fighting tooth and nail against a weird cloud creature. Flames lapped from the girls torch in a rhythmic dance of light and madness. "Madness." Hecate said with a grin thrusting her spear forward towards the cloud monster's midsection. It instinctively jumped backwards evading the spear-tip by mere microns. lightning crashed forth from the monster's fingertips scorching black the alabaster stonework of the nexus. "Who in the name of Hecate are you?" The devilish lampad asked, a mad grin upon her face. Hecate paused, hearing her name used in such a way. "Why foolish fae, I am Hecate." She said bringing her pole-arm to a rest on her shoulder as if she was carefree to those involved in the fight. Her crimson eyes glanced to the side, a young fire-haired maiden armed with what looked like an exotic crossbow of some form stood, in the open with her midsection exposed for all the world to see. A puzzled look upon the woman’s face. "I shall spill forth a torrent of blood, and wash this dull white in the color of life!" Hecate shouted, as she drew her spear downwards before thrusting towards the beast made of cloud. A shard of razor sharp ice manifested itself and flew with frightening speed towards the abomination. The creature leapt upwards allowing the shard of ice to impale itself harmlessly into the ground below her. Hecate took little time dashing below the professor's lightweight body, striking upwards with he spear. the tip met little resistance as it stuck into the soft and fluffy body of her target and taking with it a small tuft of cloud. Hecate's victory however was short lived as a burst of lightning arced its way into her body, The sharp pain of electricity coursing through her very bones was a welcome feeling, Teeth gritted to stop the spasms from removing her tongue. a sharpened pair of scissors swung in from the side, leaving a scarlet stripe in Hecate's side, with it drawing her attention towards the self proclaimed "Genocider" using the blunt end of her pole-arm to propel herself away from the strange scissor wielding maniac. A small shard of ice dropped onto the ground behind her leather boots slid on the polished stone of the nexus. in a blink of an eye the shard disappeared into the floor where it began to incubate. Hecate did not wait however instead switching to the offence, a human target was much more... full of the things she wanted in prey. "I got little miss cuts you up, you play with frumpy the cloud." Hecate directed to the half pint lunatic standing near her. Only a few short seconds later the ground erupted in a shower of ice, and standing behind the psychopathic Dark Hecate, was a towering monster of ice armed with a massive axe. The slow lumbering golem of living ice stepped over Hecate without a care as the axe swung in a wide ark at Touko. The killer jumped to avoid the weapon as Hecate thrust forward with her spear launching yet another shard of armor piercing ice from the tip flying towards the foolish girl’s head “I love that look in your eye girl, it gets me all tingly inside…” She said, wiping the dripping blood from her side onto her fingertips before licking the metallic fluid from them seductively. “lets go!” Quote:701 words. RE: Flight of Fancy (Open) - Cirno - 08-11-2018 Quote: Cirno is in her Yuki-onna form (4/4/1/2) for the entire fight. As Cirno walked throughout the Nexus she could hear some fighting coming off a fair distance away and decided to head over since she was bored and wanted something interesting to do since Clownpiece had given little entertainment and soon she was face to face with the action. Plus the Fairy had already tossed her Tablet across the stone walkway at the Hakurei shrine so that form of entertainment was out of the question. She saw the iconic cap of the jester of hell zipping around and causing chaos like usual and soon had barreled into someone with a pair of scissors by accident. Quickly looking around she made some sluggish movements as she moved; to grab the so called genocider by the wrist and flung her away in one fell movement to gain some distance; and while she had been able to toss the pest aside like a discarded toy she had sustained a few minor cuts. Soon she locked eyes with the target of her job when that man had at the best ruined everything in her eyes. Something formulated inside of the ancient beings mind, something that would have been called idiotic from her home. And she walked towards the ice witch before holding out her hand with a smirk before speaking with an voice that requested listening to its wisdom. “I have an offer if you trust me; all you have to do is touch my hand.” Hecate looked at the unimposing hand before smirking an almost reigned-in crazed look and touching the hand. A flash of light soon came across the battlefield if it could even be called that and what used to be two individual primes now consisted of one prime who was covered in an icy armor much like the knights of old. As the two minds had given up part of its mentality to the other so the total fusion was much more stable; Cirno could feel an almost subatomic urge to murder again on the level she had eons ago. A simple and not so pure smile was formed on the White knight’s face as the twin swords were formed and they saw the Genocider coming back in for another bite. As she went in to swing what should have been an easy hit and only hitting what seemed to be the stupid smile the prime had grew even larger at the opponent. “You were so close to hitting me~ I could almost feel the blades of the scissors.” the head tipped as it burst into movement causing there knee to ram into Touko’s chin causing her to stumble only to feel cuts appear on her left arm, then her right, before a final set of two went across her torso and a kick to the gut caused her to stumble backwards struggling to not just fall over from the pure force. While the wounds were not very deep and thus not very harmful in the long run; ice had started to form. The Witch soon felt some of the ice scrape away as two scissors tried to harm the Knight. Only to get a slight chuckle out of the cold contemplating creature as it readied its next course of action, it walked with a purposeful step each and every time almost imitating a hunting beast, waiting and watching for when its prey will slip up. But one thing was for certain that giant, almost smug smile still was plastered on her face. In the fusions subconscious, the two primes had started to argue over how they were going to deal with this pest that was the genocider. “We need to make a plan and strike when its most optimal for the quickest and easiest kill, while still playing with our food so to speak.” the ice youkai spoke with a bit of an grimace as Hecate was having none of this plan. “Your keeping me from my enjoyment, do you want to get cut up?!” Hecate threatened the youkai with the combat knife who just shook her head in annoyance. "As much as I assume you would enjoy doing that to me, can we focus on the main task at hand which is killing everyone here?" Cirno had responded as the fusion made an effort to block the Chaotic person's weapon which baffled the ice spirit with its usage in combat with how good they seemed to be doing to the ice armor. A shame really that she would just murder this potentially interesting human, but perhaps at a later date. Quote:The Winter Knight (fusion of Hecate and Cirno) has a stat spread of 7/6/6/3 and their appearance is a mixture of Cirno’s and hecate’s (ice blue hair with some white from the halfway point down) with a full suit of ice armor covering the two’s body from head to toe and a mentality akin to murder most things on site. Sp count is 0/4 (going both rounds with this fusion) Word count is: 761 on wordcounter.net |
