Assuming I can eventually pay for the abilities and all, will this character sheet be able to be transfered in any way? I spent days on this thing and yet, it's still not done:

This is also assuming that there's a Healing power somewhere, as I didn't see it when I was checking the rules. Also, what would Empathy fall under? Buff? For those that didn't read the whole thing it's a power that allows one to feel th emotions of other people and feel what powers they have at range.

I can answer your Empathy question slightly. At the very least to do what you describe you would need Telepathy, Insight, Life Detect and a level in Enhanced Senses, as well as a Move for Empathy. I'll admit I haven't read through your profile on there, but with a quick glance I can tell you if you do attempt to transfer all of that, it would require a lot of OM to get everything that you want.
