If you have some type of circumstance where you feel you should be able to make a purchase (I just got this approved / I was working to get this approved / I just made the decision to enter this chaos in the last 2 hours) ... make sure you touch base with me, and I'll likely let you snatch that thing you need so you can actually write and enjoy yourself.
Otherwise, Purchases are locked.
I'll be sorting out the bracket, but you should all know your first-round match ups. I'll post the list a little later tonight.

One of my super moves, Tier 2 Offensive Steamboat Willie, was mistakenly approved like two years ago without Area Atack proficiency. Can I buy that proficiency now? I had enough OM for it before the deadline.
