With the NPCs, getting a grip on how to write them can be a bit hard for anyone who is not familiar with the characters. Can with have an area at the bottom of their pages describing their personnality and how to depict their personnality?

That's the intent of running things past staff members. Anything involving NPCs needs to have some measurement of approval ahead of time. During this process, the staffer will also help guide you in writing the character if you decide to do that part yourself.

I know approval is needed. I just figure that if someone who does not know how a character is like (such as me on occasion), then have a brief description of the NPC's personnality would make it much easier to write as them and get aproval.

I might add to them at some point to do this. I have a little section on personality for Kizaru, for example.
