History:
Aether. In a word, you could call it heaven. Or as close that you would ever see in your mortal life, as the villagers would say. Magic and Technology working in tandem to create works of art in every form, from architecture to weaponry.
The Imperial Council saw to matters of logic and law, dealing out justice and settling disputes in an open forum in which any and every citizen was able to perform. The Keystone Cities were each like this, towering and sprawling testaments to the genius and resilience of mankind. Each of the five Keystones was dedicated to a path of worship. The Northern Keystone was dedicated to Thorian, The Solar Monarch, who held dominion over the sun itself. The Western Keystone revered The Earth Mother, Irytha. The Eastern Keystone paid tribute to the Dragon of The Seas, Karaee. The Central Keystone was home to Wyrada, The Lord of Knowledge, and lord of The House Of Wisdom. The Southern Keystone was devoted to Luminae, the Goddess of the Moon, and Lady of Peace. The gods watched over their domains, and the people whom they ruled over saw to their earthly paradise within the light of their divine benefactors.
And yet, even as light shines, darkness lurks beyond its reach.
Nobody knows who was struck first, only that once contact was made, no one was safe. Horrid monstrosities made a mockery of the god’s creations. Twisted forms that used to be Imperial Citizens shambled and destroyed all in their path, even ransacking and leaving to ruin the temples of the gods who had seemingly abandoned them.
Gwendolyn was the High Priestess of Luminae, and during the event that would become known as “The Claiming", was the leader of the Southern Keystone's Paladin Knights, who were among the last of the Unclaimed.
The final battle for the Keystone was nothing short of legend. An unending wave of darkness against the soft and peaceful light of Luminae's faithful knights, Led by Gwendolyn in a last, desperate charge. After witnessing her warriors be struck down and Claimed, one by one, before she was alone in the darkness.
Surrounded by the dead bodies of her friends as she blasted apart abomination after abomination, she begins to lose consciousness, even as her vision is dominated by an opalescent light.
Appearance (General):
Gwendolyn's stature is quite reflective of her line of work, characterized by slim limbs and no defined muscle mass. She stands at a height of seven feet tall, her growth aided and expedited by the influence of the goddess to whom she dedicated her entire life. Her snow-white hair falls in soft curls all the way down to her ankles, and frames her ever-present stern demeanor. Her facial structure is soft and angular, and her eyes are a kaleidoscope of colors, constantly shifting and changing. Her skin is a rich tan color, as if she spent all her days under the summer sun.
Appearance (Clothing):
Gwendolyn wears a white dress that flows down to her knees. It is, for the most part, very plain an unadorned with accessories. Her legs are covered in slender armor plates, forming a seamless pair of greaves that taper down into three inch heels. On her chest and shoulders, a silver chest piece resides, the pauldrons holding a white cloak in place. around her waist, a silver sash is tied, a silver rosary with a full-moon charm dangling from its confines.

A simple yet elegant weapon, The Crescent Moonlight is a weapon of divine glory, said to be wielded in righteous wars of ages past by Luminae's Chosen. The bow is about six feet long from tip to tip, a string made of spun moonlight forms arrows of energy as it is pulled back, and looses them at speeds comparable to high-caliber bullets, and inflict light burns upon impact. The bow is a re-curve design, and forged from silver and sports carvings of peaceful scenery etched onto its metallic surface. It can be used on the move, and only take about a second to summon the bow, and another to loose an arrow from its confines.

Just a couple things to note:
-- For the move, you could do exactly what you're wanting to do there without a move. Even as a move, it wouldn't actually restore any actual Damage that had been dealt. There's nothing wrong with it, per se, but....as it's currently written it gives almost no actual use or benefit.
-- Starting with just the Ranged proficiency, you'll need some kind of weapon or means to defend yourself effectively. If you decide to stick with your move as-is, you could trade Ranged for Physical Strength or something rather than any other moves.

No problem! I’ll get it fixed up! A question, as I’ve scoured moves and found no references. How would I structure a move to heal actual damage for a fight, persay?

Healing actual damage works just like the Regeneration power on yourself; spend 1 SP to heal 3 damage. Can be done without a move as long as you can physically touch who you're healing. Moves would let you do it at range and such however.
