Jak X course.
In short, summonable cars where you can fuel them using eco on the course using OM.
Various ecos have effects on the cars you drive.

Going to have to say "No" to this idea in the Tangled Greens. You can go to the Koopa Race tracks in the Steppes or the Horse Racing track in Camelot and set up an event that uses the track for this.

Really depends on the scale. A very small course, fine, but a large track and the elves may start to get leery about fucking with nature if you're cutting down the forest. They're pretty against heavy industry and are prefer elegeant, non-technological solutions to problems - so train tracks and race courses are right out of the theme.
