From the last time I investigated that website it appears to be a poorly structured/built Top100 site built on a foundation similar to WordPress but specifically for people who want to host their own TopRPG listings. The search function doesn't even work, because the page doesn't exist.

Nope. It appears to just be poorly designed. I wouldn't worry about it.

They keep fucking around with it, I think. The voting functionality vanished and then came back, and then vanished again.
