Hi, I have read the rules but I am a little confused over how to join. I was wondering if anyone could help?

What do you mean by vague, also, you are only allowed one character to begin with. For information on how to unlock more characters, please read this http://omniverse-rpg.com/changingcharacters.php#Changing_Characters_And_Alternate_Characters
