Obviously Primes that use melee weapons are gonna be the optimal choices here.

Mitsurugi was always my favorite Soul Calibur character. Even if I was better with Kilik and Maxi.

Well, probably Desman, as Angel [will] just mimics attacks with a keyboard that looks like Duel disk >_>
Desman's currt moves are a mega man arm and a cutless made out of Chi, but really he can make anything out of Chi >_>
