For some reason my account is still awaiting verification even though I already verified my e-mail and it has been a few days since I registered.
(it hasn't been a few days but still I mean there are a couple joining threads accepted while I haven't been verified)

Account verification happens after your character app has been approved. Please be patient and we'll take a look at your join form.
