Liberation of Silent Hill - Koal - 10-21-2017
Let’s say that, hypothetically, that a particular Prime and others that volunteered wanted to cleanse Silent Hill by killing Pyramid Head and other details. (In a Volgalvia type of manner.)
Could it be done? Or is Silent Hill a lost cause?

Pyramid Head is not the source of Silent Hill's nastiness, AFAIK. You'd need to find some way to cleanse the corruption within it, and chances are it wouldn't go down without every atom of the place turning itself towards your utter annihilation.

Look, not going to lie here, it'll be difficult. That being said, it's not impossible. Almost anything in the Omniverse is possible with enough writing as long as it's a good story. You'd also probably want to consult with Omni or Proto for this one, they are the ones that know the most about the world of the Omniverse so they could give you some hints and whatnot. Also, it seems like Tracking down Viper would be the first thing you'd want do if you decide to go through with this.

Yeah, haha, if you know anything about the history/setting of Silent Hill, it's not a place you 'cleanse', 'liberate', or hell, even destroy. Silent Hill is basically everything we fear and all the terrible, haunting aspects of the human psyche, given form. As long as those things exist, Silent Hill will.
