October Mini-Saga (Whodunnit?) - Blink - 09-29-2017
I would like to host a mini-event during the month of October. This is not staff-sponsored. This is just me wanting to do scary things to my friends.
It would likely start in the middle of October and run through the early weeks of November. The story will be, basically a murder mystery type of story and it will take place in the Frozen Fields. I'm looking for only a few people to participate, preferably in the single numbers. If you don't have a prime available then you are welcome to join as a secondary.
I used to run events a lot and then I stopped. I recently started again and I'm enjoying it. The type of 'DM' that I am is one that is instrusive in your characters. I will put your characters into positions that will challenge them personally, and make them stand out rather then bodyguard #3 to the Strongest Prime in the Room.
Is anyone interested in a nice little Halloween themed writing gig which will hopefully only contain pieces of October and November?

It's my intention have the preliminary information up this weekend so people can begin deciding if they want to join. Hopefully we can start around the second week of the month and go through the month.

Alright, so here's some basic information:
-The story will begin proper on October 15th (Sunday). You have until then to get your character to the place.
-The setting is the Arctica Inn and Lounge located in the Frozen Fields. They are advertising a grand re-opening. You can have your character find out about the place through the dataverse, word of mouth or just because they need a place to stay in the Fields. If you need a reason, let me know and I'll come up with one for you.
-This is a story saga. It is not a competition. It will primarily be geared towards narrative and dialogue. With all of that said though, I don't hamper players and if you feel the need to engage in combat then we'll roll with it.
-If you intend on joining, please let me know here. If you are joining as your PC then I just ask that you have some basic stuff written out in your profile to help me write you better. If you are joining as an NPC (remember non-originals must be approved elsewhere), please give me as much information as possible. If you want something to be private then you can PM me. I'm an intrusive saga-runner; I do take some liberties to challenge you and your character, so its important I know as much as you can share.
-The plan is for this story to last 1-2 months (leading us to be done before the holidays in December). Please recognize that life happens for all, including me, so it's entirely possible it goes long. The rounds will last anywhere from 4 to 7 days, and if you miss it then we gotta just move on.
