Matt Mcginnis (Switching Rep) - Jack Darby - 09-24-2017 Starting OM:7,312.66  OM  Character name:  Matthew Mcginnis  Character source:  Batman Beyond, with my own personal twist. Character history:   While his brother went out, and saved the day daily as Batman, Matthew was doing some different. Under the watchful eye of Amanda Waller he was taught a lot of things, such as mastery of a variety of CQC tactics. He was also taught how to think strategically, and be a master with most forms of firearms, explosives, and tools like shuriken and boomerangs. These skills were ones that she imparted to him while Terry went out at night, Matthew was being educated in them by governmental employees, and various criminals, such as Lady Shiva, Deathstroke the Terminator, and he was even taught acrobatics by Harley Quinn. As his skills grew, Matthew asked Amanda and she agreed when Terry got caught in a wreck on his bike. Going out as Composite Man, he policed Gotham until Terry got better. However, Matt didn’t want to give up the costume, or the equipment they’d provided. On one of his missions to beat down a copy-cat of the Red Hood, Matthew ended up brought to the Omniverse. Physical Description:   Stats: ATK: 3 DEF:2 SPD:2 TEC:3 Starting Proficiencies: Physical Strength (1000) Ranged Proficiency (1000)  Starting Powers: Master Acrobat (400) Super Jumping (Master, 800) Foresight (1500 OM) Starting Moves: Hammers of Justice (Fluff Move):  Hammers of Justice is a move that covers any technique that requires hand to hand involving his fists, or bare hands against his opponents.  Hammers of Justice is something that he has learned how to do from his training.  Knife of Justice (300 OM, Physical Strength)  A Kris Knife that is a replica similar to that of Jason Todd. This was a Replica created by Amanda Waller for his own use. The knife has a 15 inch blade. The blade is jagged and can be used by Matthew to stab his opponents, or to slash them. It's kept in a sheath on his waist. The Kris Knife can clash with Lightsabers, or similar weapons, so long as they are not stronger than this. (Higher ATK than his.)  Batarang (Ranged Proficiency,  300.):   A batarang that was one of the older ones used by Bruce, that was retrieved by Amanda Waller. This is moderately draining on his stamina, and takes him about 5 seconds to summon to his hands. It's moderately damaging. It cannot home, or change direction. Yet when it is done being used, it almost always returns to his hand, so he can put it away for his own use later. Requires the use of one hand. This will hurt like someone was hit with a baseball bat when it smacks someone upside the head.  6 inches long, 3 inches wide, and a quarter inch thick are the dimensions of the batarangs used by Matt. They can be collapsed should he need to conceal them. They're designed just like the one shown in the picture.  I confirm that I have read and agreed to the Rules of Conduct. Yes.
