If you're asking for the story reasons it's because Ogong cast so much magic just now that his psyche gets broken, and he confuses himself with another person. For a really long period of time, he will be calling himself Ok Dongja (who is another character from the same source) and convinced that he is Ok Dongja even though he will be the same ol monkey.
