Standard rules apply, but let's increase that word count to 1000 words. We'll drop the rounds to 2 if you shock me and actually took 7 damage in that last fight.
Could also use a Judge. Since we're both pals with Greg, how's he sound to you?

Don't tell me the guy with 3 times my OM is afraid to fight me? That's unfortunate. Was hoping to fight you now, when I actually have a ghost of a chance of victory, rather than wait until you're at full-strength and will effortlessly hand me my rear-end. Nothing against you. You're a close friend. Just hard to pass up an actual fighting chance.
Thusly, I shall continue with said challenge. As per the rules, the Challenge remains in effect until both players have agreed to fight or to postpone the fight. I don't believe this shall fall under the "harassment" clause of the fight rules. I eagerly await your acceptance or for us to work out another time to handle this.

I also appreciate that you editted your post to make yourself less accessible. If you really don't wanna fight, I'll call it off. It's obviously more than just a "I don't think I can win" thing and I'd hate to intrude on whatever is going on to make you this adamant against fighting me.

You get a guaranteed fight if you challenge someone within 1 OOC week of them being high profile (ie being in a fight). Obviously things can get a bit confusing if folks challenge late in that time frame, requiring edits to be made, but I believe in this case Cell made clear his intentions to challenge after the fight was done, and so in the spirit of good sport it was completely against the rules to try and get around that by roleplaying a move from Tier 5 to Tier 1 (which is a long, long way, incidentally). So I will require that last post by 17 to be edited.
The challenge is valid.

I cancel the challenge regardless. Getting a fight with Alex that I stand a chance of winning ain't worth losing a friend over. He's adamant that he doesn't wanna fight. I'll respect that, in the interest of keeping things friendly between us. His edit can stand and I will work on other plans until he's ready to fight me.

Just as a heads up Cell, this is a tentative challenge, if the ISO Verse drops after the fight and Seventeen is not with you (or dead/being consumed), Trixie is going to murder/death/kill you.

In regards to this. Still working on getting full score sheets and grades drafted up, but damage numbers are something I have ready at this point. Android 17 took 8 points of damage during his fight against All Might.
