For Chara I think her voice is child like. And cirno I think its full on high pitched and fast (think Spanish speed fast)

Moon Knight on the other hand do to me not being able to find a video that contains his voice in Marvel Ultimate Alliance here is a substitute https://youtu.be/qZW52cmbfQ4 personally I do not the Ultimate Spider-man TV show but I'm always happy to see Moon Knight in something.

Harlan is based on an amalgamation of a lot of characters but ICly his voice is Mark Sheppard as Badger from Firefly. That accent is fucking fantastic and it's what I based my accent for LARPing Harlan on. I just don't use it in RP because it feels too goofy to write it phonetically unless I mention Harlan is specifically playing it up.

Ash Williams, of course, will be Bruce Campbell and Jacket's, I've always pictured him sounding like Ryan Gosling's character "Driver" from the movie Drive. Most of the time, Jacket will be mute and speak when its an appropriate time.

Illidan has had two voice actors (the one from Warcraft 3, and the one from World of Warcraft).
Normally I'm a purist and prefer the original but the WoW voice is sooo much better.
