Please transfer 200 OM of mine, to Cirno as payment for a bounty.

Just make an entry in your Log that you're giving 200 OM to Cirno. Add it to your spent OM in your roster under Consumed OM and have Cirno subtract 200 OM from their spent total.

Sorry i have never done this before so you mean the Spent OM correct? (doesn't want to get it wrong and get in trouble for it)

Yeah, you'll lower your spent OM by 200. Make sure to note it in your Purchase Log as well.
