New bounty rules update - Strazio Rockwell - 06-14-2017
In regards to the new update that Omni posted a few hours ago.

Does that also apply to bounties set by PCs? Like if I wanted to give another person a bounty of 500 killed, but 1000 banished am I still able to do so?
