Switching: Abyss to Syn Shenron - Professor Sunshine - 07-22-2017

Character history:

Before coming to the Nexus, Syn Shenron was the One-Star Shadow Dragon, and the strongest of the Shadow Dragons created by the
overflowing negative energies of the Dragon Balls, him specifically created from the wish to revive everyone killed on Namek. After killing Eis Shenron and dispatching Nuova Shenron, he quickly battles Goku and the rest of the Z-Fighters, and while he was able to trounce almost all of the other Z-Fighters, he was quickly outmatched by Goku after the latter broke his previous limitations and turned Super Saiyan 4.

Before the Shadow Dragon could swallow all of the other cracked Dragon Balls and turn into Omega Shenron, Syn was abruptly dragged into the Omniverse by Omni, and was curious of the new universe he was in. Even so, Syn's ultimate goal to destroy the universe still remains, and while he will bide time for now, he plans to gather enough negative energy to utterly destroy the Omniverse, and to eventually return to and destroy the universe he came from.

Negative Karma Ball (300 OM, Requires Ranged, Remote Control)

Syn Shenron channels dark energy through the cracked Dragon Ball on his head and creates a ball of negative energy before launching it at the opponent with full power. The ball is around half the size of Syn Shenron at around 4 feet in diameter, and is launched at 20 MPH at the opponent, with Syn being able to control where the ball can go for up to 10 seconds before losing control. Once it collides with an opponent, it implodes onto the opponent, launching them 25 feet in the opposite direction of where the ball hit them and causing a great amount of damage to them. If it does not collide into a opponent however and hits anything else, the ball just dissipates into thin air. The maximum range for the Negative Karma Ball is 50 feet.

Creating the ball of negative energy costs a ton of stamina for Syn Shenron, so he can only use this move twice in battle before being too drained to create the Negative Karma Ball. Syn Shenron must also be completely still, though not necessarily on the ground while charging and launching the Negative Karma Ball, though he can move while controlling the ball. It also takes 6 seconds for the ball to be created due to the great amounts of negative energy needed to create the ball. Lastly, Syn Shenron cannot use most other moves alongsides this move while charging or throwing the Negative Karma Ball.

Negative Karma Ball: How far from him can he summon this? When you say that he can't use it while throwing it, does that mean while he's mentally controlling it, or right after the charge time is up? Can he take hits while controlling it or would tanking a strong attack break his concentration? For the bit about throwing the enemy away, add in "up to" before it, because someone with higher DEF won't necessarily be thrown that far.
