What exactly are the limitations on creativity when running a thread?
I know bringing primes in is with permission only but bringing in new factions is fine?
So is bringing in any factions for events ok so long as you don't use actual canon characters?
I am just asking in general how crazy you can get.

Minor Factions is fine. Local thieves' guild, for example. Inventing major groups is with staff approval only.
