Go look at viet cong, orĀ  other groups torture methods, they will give you lots of ideas.

You could get creative with Marcus's Terminator physiology to come up with unconventional torturing methods - like say overloading his circuits or injecting computer viruses into his system which cause physical pain as they do their thing.

Yeah if you recall in the first Avengers mission the main villain was torturing me with an EMP.

IRL, there's this liquid you can breathe in, that's used in actual torture.
Basically, it's a liquid that you can breathe and still receive enough oxygen.

Apparently people are put into a dark box, which is then filled with said liquid and then left there.
It creates a sense of panic that makes one often think they've died, drowned and such.
Apparently switching from it to breathing air again is somewhat a painful experience and one that feels like you've been given birth to.

The method there is that you're roughly pulled out of said liquid, roughened up and told that you were killed,
and that they revived you, and if you don't talk they'll do it again.
The thing is it's apparently physically completely safe, but extremely effective because of the mental effects it has.

There's a tumblr post or something out there that explains it better than I did, but yeah. Picture of it below, actually.
