Oswald the lucky rabbit - Cirno - 03-07-2017 Character name: Oswald the lucky rabbit Character source: Epic mickey series (with a bit of oc) Character history: Oswald was the defacto leader of the Wastelands (Where cartoons go when no one remembers then) and the thinner disaster happened. Oswald lost his girlfriend  Ortensia to the blot, Oswald at the expense of his girlfriend. Go forward some time to the start of Epic mickey one, Mickey gets kidnapped and taken into the Wastelands with the magic brush. Mickey has a heart (the thing you need to escape) and goes to look for Oswald. Oswald and mickey become great friends and save the wastelands. Oswald though trusting mickey almost completely still makes a deal with the blot and the mad doctor. The deal was that mickeys heart would be split (Oswald got half and the blot and the mad doctor got a quarter each, if mickey started to thin the wastelands.) Same things happen in epic mickey 2. But in the forgotten game of the trilogy, mickey goes full thinner mode and becomes the scrapper version. Oswald gains the power of the wastelands to take the brush and heart of the mouse from them. He uses the paint to save his girlfriend after taking the brush from mickey. And he was teleported right as he was heading out with most of the wasteland into the sorcerers workshop. Ps: Oswald knows about Walt Disney and his other creators or owners such as (universal, etc.) He has enough knowledge to know about future releases from Disney corp. so Mulan, The dwarfs, Donald duck, etc. The one restriction to the rule is if its the original version of someone.    Physical Description: Oswald is probably about three to five feet tall (it is not known how tall exactly he is) His major weapons:  Stats: ATK:2 DEF:5 SPD:1 TEC:2 Starting Proficiencies: Ranged proficiency (1000) Starting Powers: Flight (1800), Hive mind (400), disassemble (800)  Starting Moves: Mickey's paint brush (300) (requires ranged proficiency) The brush is about a foot for the wooden handle and two inches for the actual brush. Oswald can choose between two modes. Thinner and paint. (paint and thinner will reverse the effects done on each other, paint is rp fodder at the moment) Each mode can hold on its own 20 gallons of paint (about one minute of continuous spraying with major effects shown in minutes (rp fodder)) Once a mode is out of paint/thinner it needs a special type of thinner/paint that refilling in a battle is impossible. Thinner mode: Thinner turns the top part of the brush green and he fires with one hand on the brush a fairly accurate stream of thinner. The thinner is quite acidic, burning away anything after a few hours (for wood and stone esk items) and a few days for after industrial revolution things. The concentration is fair due to him not wanting to get thinner on him, as he is made of paint, and he has to aim is brush as his paint/thinner amount is limited. Debuffs are that he has a limited amount to work with and the brush cant thin primes well. (the most they will get is slight scars and burns at the moment) Paint mode: Paint is fodder as of now, it just lets Oswald get to higher places and create doors (such as luci can) The concentration is major do to what he is creating on the fly. He may thin painted objects with ease (his own objects) Remote (300) requires ranged proficiency Oswald holds in one hand a silver remote, the dementions of the remote are 4 inches in length and three inches in width and a inch in height. He will press a big red button with his other hand (cant dual wield the brush and remote) and creates a continuous of electricity that reaches a max distance of ten feet. The concentration is fair compared to the brush, and the exhaustion rate is major. Oswald can drop the remote, and it can break after a fair amount of abuse. Cartoon split (0) (requires hive mind, disassemble) Oswald can as fodder have space between his ears to head and arms, tail, and legs to his body. How fast does the spray move? What's the effective range? Can this be used while moving? Can this be used with moves other than the remote? Paint Mode: While the getting to higher places can be explained by Flight, if you want to make doors in solid objects you're going to need to purchase Phasing as well. Remote: Does this hit a single target or a wide area? How does it feel to be hit by this? Does it cause any kind of stun or debuff on the enemy? Does this have a change/cast time? Can it be used while moving? Does it have a duration or does it go for as long as he holds the button? Can this be used with moves other than the paintbrush? You listed the concentration as fair on the paintbrush and then the remote as "fair compared to the paintbrush", can you explain that better? Cartoon Split: This is fine, but keep in mind that the amount of time it takes to split into pieces depends on your SPD stat so unless you buy a move for it you'll be unable to effectively use it in combat. Similarly, this feat is pretty draining per the disassemble rules so also keep that in mind. It causes somewhat of a shock, much like if you were to touch a wire. extended periods of electricity will cause things to fry as long as he holds the button (but that would take a lot of time). And to clear up a few things. number one is that it is ok that he talks or knows about characters from company's/ owners that owned him. That includes any company's that Disney or universal (up to 2006 when Oswald was traded to Disney) bought or gained. Given what this mean is that he knows about storm troopers, probably about the empire (due to Horace horse collar talking about the cartoon shorts he was in) RE: Oswald the lucky rabbit - Enel - 04-06-2017 Breaking the fourth wall explicitly isn't allowed. Or we can go Oswald has a sort of memory loss about most of unknown characters including Walt Disney after exiting his world to here (walt he will keep some memory of but cant put his finger on the name or what they look like).
