Anyone familiar with the HERO system of tabletop game will likely find this archive of character builds tantalizing.
I know it personally helped me with my move building, since the Omniverse isn't quite not totally based on this.

Noice. I'm going to convert some of these characters to Risus, the main system I use, so I can play as them or make them NPCs.
