Reflecting Attacks - Lord Zedd - 12-12-2016 Sorry if I missed a previous answer, but my forum searches came up short. If I wanted to reflect an opponents attack back into them (example!), what would be the best way to go about that? All I've managed to figure out is a 600 OM move for the shielding + returning an attack, as well as a Super Defense + Offense of the matching tier to return the attack. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything obvious. Thanks! RE: Reflecting Attacks - Mark - 12-12-2016 With a high enough TEC stat you could reflect attacks. Probably not charged moves (those would require moves themselves), but stuff like the occasional arrow would work. RE: Reflecting Attacks - Lord Zedd - 12-12-2016 You are so awesome you answered while I was updating my post to include an example, but it doesn't really change the answer. Thank you! RE: Reflecting Attacks - Daniel - 12-13-2016 just to add this in here, asked Omni about reflecting super moves, it's a no from Omni. RE: Reflecting Attacks - Mark - 12-13-2016 This question was juggled around over skype, but just for official-ness: As a counter-point, would it be feasible to create a Tier-2 Offensive Super that uses the Mimic power to copy the opponent's Tier-1 Offensive Super, but at a higher level? Since T2 beats T1, this would have the same effect (canceling the Tier-1 and firing the equivalent of a Tier-1 back at them) and could be RPed as reflecting it. Not sure if that makes any sense, but it seemed doable. RE: Reflecting Attacks - Mark - 12-20-2016 Bumping this as I'm still interested to know if it's possible. |
