History: From the Final Fantasy Universe Rcwynn is a Dragoon (a dragon hunter using a spear and being able to jump high to knock down dragon in the sky) in training and being known to be skilled in speed and jumping being the fastest in his class. He is loyal, Friendly, but absent minded and lazy. With the Spear that he made himself he traveled across the land to improve his speed and training.
Physical Description: 6'7, Brown Skin Dragon Half Breed, a scaly tail and claws. Has small wings that help him in speed and height.
Before Omni; Rcwynn was traveling along a rode looking for his prey. Once he sees it he uses "jump" but suddenly is placed in a white room with a boyish figure in front of him.

Powers (2600/8000); Super Jumping (Master), Advanced Regeneration
Moves (300 OM); Spear (Physical Strength) - A black spear, around 7 ft long with a sharp edges at the tip that last for 1 ft of the 7 ft. Slow weapon because of it length. Weigh about 10 Lb.
Super Moves (600 OM);"Jump"-Tier 1 Super Move 600 OM - A move that allow me to use "Super Jump" to propel me in the air for 20 secs and I strike down with my spear to do massive damage. Takes about 10 secs to charge up and does a direct hit. Puts me next to the target.

Okay, first thing I should point out is that while i'm not a staff member, I am going to try and be helpful and offer what feedback I can based on my experience with the Omniverse. Any staff member can over rule what I suggest.
First thing I notice is that your account name and your character name are not the same. This is a bit of a problem, especially since it gives the idea that maybe you didn't read everything you were supposed to before joining. I don't know if a staff member can fix it, or if you will have to create a new account. I'm sure we can fix it though.
Second, Your stated spent OM and the things you are purchasing do not match. You have stated you spent 3500 OM, but your powers, proficiencies, and moves add up to 4500 OM.
Third, your move "Spear" How does he attack with it? In a jabbing motion, or is it more of a slashing weapon? Because it doesn't have ranged proficiency, do not expect to be able to go around throwing it. How heavy is it? Can you move while attacking with it?
Fourth, your super move "Jump" Do you hit a target directly with this? Or the ground next to them, which is inferred from you saying it can put you next to a target. What's the charge up on it? How long does it take to activate it, and can you move while doing so?
Finally, as I said before, I'm not a staff member, but peer feedback is a big part of the Omniverse, so I thought I'd lend my assistance in any way I could. A staff member can tell if you can ignore something I said, though I feel like most of what I said is fair and that any staff member, as well as many regular members would point it out as well. Please take my statements into consideration.

While most of what Yukki said is correct, you don't need to describe how the spear is swung or thrusted. When buying a weapon-type move, any type of motion with it is included in the move. Stuff like charging it up or adding a different effect would require additional description and move slots. Also, you would be able to throw the spear, though it would only be effective within the range outlined in the Physical Strength proficiency (12 feet).
Lastly, you'll need to list the history/events right before Omni pulled you into the Omniverse.

Yep, I had to approve the edit so I'm aware of that. And I appreciate the assistance, but generally it's best if you let staff handle Join apps in the future.
