Well, Harry's currently hunting down Carnage a symbiote an orgosynth, but Neku's about to drop into the Nexus. He'll probably help if Vivi looks lost enough or asks nicely.

Unfortunately Vivio just walked through the gate to coruscant. So no dice there. And I'm not sure Vivio's ready to take on an Orgosynth. Whatever that is.

It's Carnage, basically, and if you want to wander down to Tier 7 and get involved in it, you might even walk away with the artifact. Harry's using it to bait out the NPC Stalker. There will be magic and lasers flying pretty much everywhere, but Harry's only level 2. There's not much of a gap.
EDIT: 3. Level 3. Snuck up on me, it did.
