Katon: Gōkakyū no Jutsu - (900) - A fire-based ninjutsu made famous by the Uchiha clan that requires the user to knead their chakra within their body and turn it into fire-based energy. The charka molding process takes a half a second to prepare and utilize before it is in a readied state. After the half a second is over, Obito makes and holds the "Ram hand seal" (Index and Middle finger up with thumb and pinkie closed) standing in front of his target before expelling a red-orange colored stream of flames at the speed of a bullet from his mouth, instantaneously - appearing exactly like a flamethrower's fire stream.

The flames can reach up to 12 meters in length and width. While pumping more chakra in the attack will cause the fire to become more dense and compact - giving room for more precision - while slowing down on the chakra flow will make the flames weaker and less precise - but will not increase it's range. The fire stream can only go in the direction he is facing and cannot be diverted by his will. The technique requires Obito to be stationary as well as focused in order to maintain the ability. Any break of concentration may it be physical or mental will instantly end the attack.

If the target is hit by the jutsu it would feel like being roasted alive in an inescapable, torch-lit burning. Slowly being roasted alive by the intense flames if they are unable to escape in time. Lastly, the jutsu is a energy draining power that quite literally burns away at his chakra reserves. Using it for prolonged times and/or constantly with little room to replenish his chakra supply will drain him of strength. Continuing to ignore the signs of draining and Obito will fall unconscious from fatigue, in the worst case scenario continuous use may even lead to possible death.
