The Beginning of a Dream - Revan Noctis - 10-30-2016
The darkness finally vanished as light shone into his eyes as he realized he was standing upon stone that seemed to encircle a large stone fountain that was probably one of the prettiest he had ever seen.
Then he realized what he could see past this was mostly white light that was certainly blinding at first though his eyes adapted as he looked around more.
He could see what looked like gates all around and the area was full of activity as people and strange creatures seemed to be coming and going around him.
He considered for a moment that he had simply died or perhaps he had hit his head so hard he had gone mad yet the more he looked the more it seemed he was really here.
Running back through his mind that was foggy to say the least he repeated the words of Omni in his head examining them for any information that would help him.
Who was Omni and why did he interest the strange being he had no knowledge of legends that spoke of such a creature or many of the creatures that appeared to be here.
Omni said that he would be watching and waiting he wondered deeply what that meant was it a challenge or an invitation perhaps he would never know.
The information on the Omnilium and the apparent power of creation that had been given to him was astounding and yet slightly worrying for he knew in a universe anything was possible his lack of knowledge would probably get him into a lot of problems.
He did not really want to talk to anybody he was somewhat certain that at least most were not paying attention to him perhaps they did not know he was new perhaps they truly were too busy to care.
At least for now he had his armour his weapons and the hood that covered his face now he knew that this was the Omniverse but what was the point of this white room.
Realizing the gates in the far distance were all different he knew that they were each important but he had no idea of the purpose of them or if he should even leave his current location.
However he knew nobody was going to save him at least not any time soon so he would move about and explore some more before deciding on what to do.
He did not know really which way he was going but he eventually found himself heading in a chosen direction it seemed the gates were very far away and he was most worried that he would eventually starve or die of thirst though he hoped perhaps some would be kind enough to mention some small facts to him.
For three minutes he attempted to focusing all his attention to form a flower in his hand with the Omnilium he had and it seemingly worked which amazed.
He had no idea who he would meet or what for that matter but he knew he had to begin exploring the Omniverse or he would surely perish.
He decided to begin moving toward the gates as that was obvious one of the more important places as he noticed other beings were also moving seemingly back and forth from these land marks.

The ground was odd here yet surprisingly stable enough as Revan continued exploring the strange place that he had found himself in.
It had seemed that the archways were well used and the last thing he wanted to do right now was bring attention to himself.
He had before settled on an arch way that had seemed less used and was clearly showing signs of almost freezing over even from a long distance.
The travel to this particular archway was proving to be a long journey though from what he could tell it would have taken about the same amount of time for any gate.
He had kept to himself as he walked for a number of hours keeping sight of his destination the entire way.
None it seemed wished to speak to him but he was no fool he noticed that many had their eyes on him for some reason they wished to know where he was going.
He figured that like him many others were here that were in the same situation as he was though with so many strange creatures that were clearly not human he could not help but think some of them might have come from worlds that were just as strange as this place. Of course he saw humans too of all types but he could tell even they were not connected with weapons and armour that seemed to have come from many different origins.
He saw nobody from his own world not even a simple swordsman or an archer he was in an alien world truly and he had no real idea of what to do.
It was obvious to him though that Omni had brought him here for a game the way the being described his interest had been creepy but at least he knew that the being was not going to outright kill him though perhaps that meant worse was to come.
Finally he was almost there after about two hours of hiking he had come to the arch that most seemed to currently avoid though every now and again some others did pass.
Walking up to the large doorway like structure he was curious to examine closer to learn more if he could about the history and materials used to build this gate that was clearly designed to last.
It appeared every bit of land was white as far as he could see with the exception of the land where he started around whatever that pool had truly been.
Now it seemed the land here was white too though it was a different kind this was snow and ice and it was flowing from the apparent gate in front of him.
He knew that it would be cold but that was good he did not mind the cold and he knew he was less likely to be followed if he went here.
Holding his breath he stepped through the gate as he felt the cold wrap around his body smothering him and for a moment he was worried he had killed himself.
