From a land much like Camelot.. a world in a medieval era with kingdoms,wars, magic and undead. My character was a knight of a glorious kingdom and seemingly died in combat. He had always hoped to become a lord or ruler but had gave that up to help his king defend the land now he is faced with a new chance.
He had in his former world been a commander of a small force yet had been working to become a better leader and more powerful.
On his last mission against an enemy kingdom he was knocked unconscious before awakening in the Omniverse.

This sword was used by Revan Noctis in his last battle but had also been used in many battles earlier it is fairly simple with the exception of the handle that had silver added to it with markings that symbolize that he had become a vassal of his former king.

bow made of standard wood but painted black with silver markings similar to the sword
This bow is far newer then the sword and was only given to Revan Noctis in his most recent battle though he had trained with them before he is far less capable with it then the sword
The bow is 1.8 m

History: When exactly in your character's canon was he taken to the Omniverse?
For your moves, we'll need a bit more detail. I'd check out the Moves section of the rules for more on that. There are a few examples of moves there that you can base yours off of as well.

Other then that not entirely sure what you mean.
Simple move - Long sword - Melee based - swing 300OM
Attack my enemies with my sword.
Simple move - Bow and Arrows - ranged attack - 300OM
Shoot my enemies with arrows.
Super move - Sword Slash - ranged attack - 600OM
Leap at my enemy and hit them with my sword usually to finish them.

For your moves, we need a bit more detail:
Long sword: What does it look like? What are the dimensions?
Bow and Arrows: How fast can he fire this? How far can he shoot?
Sword Slash: If this is just an attack where you jump toward them and strike, it wouldn't require Ranged Proficiency. Other than that, it's good.
