O-Harmony's Legal Issues. - James Knight - 10-05-2016 To: President of O-Harmony From: Lawyercorp Law Firm Subject: Our Client Our Client King Sombra is serving you with a cease and desist order on all aspects of your website given that according to the testimony he provided, you paired him with a psychopath. Please comply or face penalization. RE: O-Harmony's Legal Issues. - Guu - 10-05-2016 To: Lawyercorp Law Firm From: President of O-Harmony Subject: RE: Our Client Does this mean he doesn't intend to kill us? Otherwise, what's the point of this lawsuit if the accused is going to get murdered long before we can get to court? Also, I'm not convinced you have a case. We didn't hand out Sombra's address to Deadpool, we just told him he exists, which is not a breach in the Terms and Conditions he agreed to when he made his account. We didn't even give out contact info. Mr. Pool would have had to go through us to send an e-mail to Sombra and that's impossible now as said client has committed industrial espionage to have his account deleted. In all fairness, we have more of a case against him. RE: O-Harmony's Legal Issues. - James Knight - 10-05-2016 To: President of O-Harmony From: Lawyercorp Law Firm Subject: RE: RE: Our Client --------------------------- King Sombra has told us to hold this law suit until the next President of O-Harmony comes. For he specifically listed HETEROSEXUAL on the website, assuming you had enough common sense to make sure he was not paired up with a male. But he will be killing you still. RE: O-Harmony's Legal Issues. - Guu - 10-05-2016 To: Lawyercorp Law Firm From: President of O-Harmony Subject: RE: Our Client It was an honest mistake that we matched him with the wrong gender, errors happen. However, he was free to refuse our match which he did, and we gave him a full refund for the services. We've been more than fair, it is your client that decided to take this as an insult and go on a mad crusade over it. Hell, no one would have even known it even happened if he had not thrown a temper tantrum. We never publicly released any of this, any humiliation was of his own fault. |
